Location was perfect... at the one end of the street is Evora Cathedral and the other end the square where you also can find a taxi... and a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants... The guesthouse was everything we needed for our 1 night stay(we stayed in room 1 that overlook the street with a lot of souvenir shops) there is a communal area, like a dining room, where you can make coffee etc... also a microwave and bar fridge in the room and a rocking chair that was nice and complimentary water...because our room was already cleaned, the lady let us check in almost 2 hours before check-in time... they have luggage storage also. We had a great stay... will definitely recommend...

The bathroom... water drainage in the shower not good... otherwise perfect... very nice thick white towels...

Great location in the center of Évora. Everything is within walking distance. The place was spotless clean and beds super comfy. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you walk through the door it feels like you step into a 19th century Portuguese townhouse. Coffee pods were greatly appreciated too!! Street parking is available up the street. A bit pricey but still less than underground parking. Communication was clear and easy too.

No onsite presence but the owner is very responsive if you need anything

The G/H is located in the very centre of town. Quite spacious, clean, oldish but nice room with window facing little street below, good double bed, bedside lamps, cable TV channels, quiet A/C. OK bathroom with a good shower and large towels.

A bit hard pillows. Shower's water changes temperature by itself, hot, cold,...

Very clean family-run hostel in a central location (we parked a 10-minute walk away in a free car park). Very nice on-site staff and a very spacious family room (apart from the bathroom which was a littel cramped). Great for going out and enjoying the bars and restaurants of Evora.

We stayed on a Saturday evening and there was a lot of noise from partygoers in the streets til late in the night.

The room was on the small side and due to having a coffee machine outside the room door, was a bit noise.

If you're looking for good price and fantastic location, but you're not too fussy, this is the place for you. Basic and, most important, clean. They even leave coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the reception for the guests, a definite plus.

The pillows are a bit hard, but that's a personal thing.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel room. Situated right in the center of the city, the hotel was easy to locate. The room boasted a large window, an air conditioner, a television, and a small fridge. Additionally, there was an ensuite bathroom with hot water and provided towels. The self-check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. We will definitely be returning here again.

We are in general very happy with the service and the room we were given. Kind staff that received us and made sure we do not miss anything. Clean room that includes all the necessary things for a visitor. Coffee and water offered. We also had the chance to drop our bags off after our check out and pick them up later on.

The only minus is that if you do not speak Portuguese, you might miss important information they want to give you. In our case two of the people in the team speak Portuguese, but the rest we could not communicate on our own with the staff.

Having booked for a single room at a moderate price, I was pleasantly surprised to get the triple complete with armchair. I asked for a second night, now being advertised at a higher rate, and I might have had the same deal, but opted for the economy single, 10€ cheaper. Tea and coffee making facilities are on hand to all, and the double bed in the triple very comfortable. Great location, in the heart of the town without being noisy.

It took phoning round three numbers to get a check-in (the two noted on Booking and in reception failed to answer, but a different one by the door bell picked up). The economy single with en-suite is very small and the bathroom smaller - but you get what you pay for.

Big room of character. Very comfortable. Good value for money. Location is very central.

Nothing. It's self check in which has advantages and inconvenience, mostly inconvenience for the customer. Room could be noisy in summer when people are out late but it was not the case at this time of the year.
