The venue opted for a minimalistic design and which hit just the sweet spot. I really loved the design and the comfort during the stay. The hospitality of the staff is phenomenonal, starting with Miss Rima (Reema), where she have been a great help throughout the stay, to Mr Ali Mahmood for his friendliness.

The one thing that need to be improved is the lighting in the rooms. I prefer to have more lighting and ambience inside the room.

Very very clean, very comfortable beds, good AC, good water power in showers. Spacious enough. Staff super friendly. And lication very strategic for transportation around lebanon and beirut, away from trafficjams, and in a very quiet impasse, so you sleep in silence while being central.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—always ready to assist with anything I needed. I slept very comfortably; the bed was cozy and quiet surroundings made for a restful night. The location is also a big plus—very close to the airport, which made my travel easy and stress-free. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which added to the convenience. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

I can't tell enough about this hotel it became "home" when I'm in my home city Besides the well maintained property and the convenient location and facilities, the hotel team is the main reason to choose Bossa Nova again and again, they really do their best to make us feel comfortable and at home with their professionalism and friendliness. Everything was wonderful. This is my second stay at Bossa Nova Beirut and it couldn’t have been better. From the tasteful design of the building and the rooms with their catchy themes, to the location, the breakfast, which included a hearty traditional Lebanese breakfast that set us up for the day, to the wonderful staff who was always warm, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help and support. The Bossa Nova truly defined customer service excellence. A special shoutout to Rita, who always greeted us with a big, warm, smile and whose cheerful and lively personality always managed to put a smile on our faces 😊.

It was not enough material inside bathroom. No shampoo, no soap, even for 2 person they left only 1 towel

Amazing place with a great modern design! Bossa Nova is new and clean in a central location in Beirut. Rima, Rita and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to exceed all of our expectations. Rooftop pool is amazing any time of the day and breakfast is great. Rima was exceptional in reserving the rooftop for our family reunion providing us with the perfect setup of food and drinks. Above all, rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable (even the sofa bed). If you want a comfortable base located in one of the main arteries of Beirut, look no further than Bossa Nova in Sin EL Fil.

Everything was great!

Loved the size of the room,bathroom was spacious too. The members of staff were very nice and courteous, Rima at the reception was exceptional and helped us with our tours(very friendly and pleasant woman). The guys in charge of breakfast were very good and nice too. Location was close to city center mall,like 5minutes from the hotel.

The fact that they didn't have breakfast buffet daily,it was just the first day, we were served breakfast based on order daily. The breakfast was the same thing everyday but it was ok.

very nicely designed! not in the center of the Beirut but if you have a car its perfect! we were upgraded to a bigger room, the hotel has a nice view of Beirut.

breakfast! for a hotel this nicely designed the breakfast seemed to be very poor, i also didnt like the fact that they allow kids to have access to the pool even though its an adult pool.

Amazing big room, very clean , excellent service and the most friendly staff ever ! Large choice at breakfast and the tastiest restaurant i order every night and had no interest to go outside to eat , super delicious and they very attentive to details and special request always delivering their best ! So far best hotel I stayed in Beirut wouldn't even consider another , I come often and it's definitely my number 1 so far
