We initially had an issue with our family suit. There was a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom. The maintenance and management staff immediately went into action to remedy the issue. Upon discovery that it was something needing more time to fix they moved us to an upgraded larger suit with an ocean view and refunded part of our money. We were so thoroughly pleased with the outcome we booked another stay with them before leaving. There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and fun parks and activities to partake in just a few miles from the property. Our 5 & 9 year old loved our vacation and being able to have our dog with us was even more special! Love that this property allows your dog to stay with you without charging additional fees! The beach is clean, and has fun rocks and caves within walking distance to explore!

The rooms are in need of a deep cleaning.

Great location, right next to Pismo Beach and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, the pier, etc. We had a suite, which was ideal for a family of 4, and gave us plenty of space. The furnishings were simple, but comfortable and just what we needed. Breakfast buffet and afternoon cookies were included in the room price, which was a bonus, as the cost was really reasonable already. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our sons loved going in the pool there, too.

We were on the ground floor and could hear the people above us walking around through our ceiling. Not a problem for us, but might be worth requesting a room on the top level if this might bother you.

The location was perfect. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Liked the availability to check in early. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

My issue was with the property or the staff. This was out of their control. The room next door, people were very loud & made so much noise that it ruined our stay. Also the people upstairs had a child running across the room & sounded like moving furniture all night long. It was so bad that our headboards rattled & gave me a headache. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. That part of our trip was unbearable & made our trip home very difficult since we were so exhausted.

We traveled to Pismo for an overnight stay because we were racing near by. Clean room. Location was within walking distance to beach, pier, and local restaurants. Provided continental breakfast in the morning with healthy options which we appreciated. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is older and they’ve done a good job trying to update decor in room, but there were some structures that needed attention like the sealant around the tub, baseboards need dusting, and fabrics on couch and chairs need deep cleaning. Saw some stains. But everything else was clean included the linens on the bed.

Beach is close by - just get the down the stairs at the end of the property - about 300 feet away Nice restaurants around the property. Safe to walk around. Everything is close by to walk Front desk staff is friendly, has complimentary water, coffee, cookies.

The property seemed a little expensive - even for off peak season. We stayed there Sunday,Monday The bathroom could have been much better - the caulking around the shower area was worn out, the shower force is too slow

We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you so much for letting us bring our dog and for the dog treat as well. Your staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was very comfortable. The location was exactly what I wanted, something close to the beach and central enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment. The steps to the beach were literally right there next to the hotel. What was also nice was that there was plenty of parking. We managed to get a space right in front of our unit. FYI, for the dogs, there is a little grassy area near the pool for them to do their business. Thank you so much!

Not much to dislike. The fridge was in the corner next to the AC unit and was a little hard to reach and get to but no big deal.

The location was super nice! in front of the beach, accessible by a wooden ladder so if you're traveling with special capabilities perhaps consider other option. The room was big, the bed super comfy and we had nice amenities such as coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge. One of the good things is the free parking space, if you're lucky enough you get to park in front of your door. I absolutely adored the hot tub, it was fully functional with warm temperature.

I suggest that they lower or get rid of that half wall in front of the hot tub, it is the only thing getting in your way of looking at the ocean while using these amenities. The bathroom could use a revamp. And also their TV's are not smart.

Great location, less than 1 block from the beach; walking distance to pier and local restaurants.

Older motel; bathroom was clean, but can use some updating. Requested a balcony with a partial view of the ocean, and that was what we got, but unfortunately, the balcony over looked an alley-like parking lot and the partial ocean view was between apartment buildings. The website pictures showed the section of the hotel that did have a better view, but we did not get a room in that section. Since we were only stopping for one night, it was adequate for the price.

I liked that the pool has lounge areas in the shade and the sun. The pool was clean and I enjoyed swimming in it with my nieces. We loved that there was beach access. I would definitely stay again when I visit Pismo.

Every time you stood up from the toilet the back hit the wall and 1 time each day about 5:30 PM ish the power went out for 10 seconds then came back on. That was a little weird but it didn’t deter from my stay it was just peculiar 🤣. Staff were all Super friendly, helpful and we’re in a constant state of cleaning.

I think we must have been upgraded to a better room than the budget one we had reserved, which was really nice. We could see the ocean as we stepped out of the room. The heated pool and hot tub were also very nice and we swam, even though it was early November. We stayed just one night, on our way home, as our last stop on a three week road trip. The bed was super comfortable and there was a basic breakfast in the lobby in the morning. Also, they allowed our tiny dog with no extra charge! I definitely can recommend.
