Very nice apartment and quiet.

Apartment was was not clean when we checked in. We had to sweep the floors and wipe off counters. The porch was full of weeds, cigarette butts, and dirty.

I liked the location, easy access to bus and metro station, lively neighborhood, good local restaurants and cafes around, the very clean and equipped kitchen, and rooms and above all these, the super helpful, nice and supportive staff in the reception, i can name, Donny, Guie, Roni(e)n and other staff.

Nothing!

It’s clean, easy to access, quiet, has main and basic amenities, the location has decent amount of stores open late 2-10 mins walking. Overall great, would book again.

No one is at the front desk (even though I didn’t need anyone, some people who stayed there or didn’t speak English needed help and no one was there for them)

Building and room were very clean and had more amenities than I was expecting.

The bed faced the balcony and the blinds didn't block enough light in the morning

The location was excellent, and our apartment had a great balcony with a gorgeous view of the city. It was very clean, and I appreciated there were extra tissues, towels, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, each bedroom had a luggage rack, which was a really nice touch.

Upon two different arrival times on Saturday morning and afternoon, there was no front desk attendant to help with luggage storage. There was a phone number to call for help, which was nice, but it wasn’t a great experience after a travel day. The bed in one of the bedrooms was quite firm, to the point of being somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, our Sonder apartment had an odor to it upon walking in, along with one of the bathrooms and beds smelling a bit. Everything was VERY clean, but a scent really lingered.

The apartment was very modern, comfortable. exceptionally clean and inviting. It had up-to-date appliances. Everything was on hand to cook for yourself if required. The room had a washing machine and dryer which was an added bonus. It was in a fabulous location next to public transport, making getting into the city centre a breeze. There were restuarants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. There was a coffee shop and little cafe close by. The accomodation had gym access. too which was fantatic

The apparment was well appointed and in a quiet location. There was nothing to dislike about the accomodation. It was a fabulous place to stay.

We stayed a week at Sonder; we enjoyed the neighbourhoods surrounding the hotel. Up north you had the Dundas West neighbourhood, down south was just Queen St W. Both these sections of Toronto had great places to eat! We frequented the ROOMS Coffee around the corner and cannot recommend this place enough. The gym was fully equipped and very well-kept.

There isn't a lot I didn't like -- I would've loved to use the Mobile keycard feature in the app, but it didn't seem to be working. About 3 days into my 1-wk stay, someone from Sonder did message me to confirm that there was something wrong with the mobile keycard, so it made sense why my mobile key wasn't working.

The staff were outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. When I requested a change, they immediately reacted and were able to accommodate my wishes. The room was clean, modern, well stocked and very comfortable.

The advertising for the room when I booked it had different pictures of the room than I had wanted. (Some rooms face a wall of windows from another building and I always reject those when booking my accommodations. But this booking showed a clear view - my number one priority - which it definitely didn't have. However, the staff were able to move me to a room with a much better view which I very much appreciate!)

Perfect space, quiet, clean. Felt safe and secure. Easy to get to downtown and plenty great bars and restaurants within a short distance on Ossington and Queen St West. Staff were so accommodating every time we asked a question or for more coffee!

The view onto the yard isn’t amazing however we were on the 9th floor so it was quiet. We also got an amazing panoramic view of the west of the city in the evenings so can’t fully complain!

This place for amazing! Everything was super clean, staff was friendly, everything for prepared perfectly with a simple way to check-in and out, including leaving the suitcases behind for a bit, everything for very ok price. The hosts even ok with me extending the stay for one more day when I made a mistake when booking it. I was always happy about my stay :)

The last night there was a slight hum audible outside of my bedroom, but it wasn't loud and was ok.
