The Sonder we stayed at in Toronto was a great alternative to a hotel, and I felt more secure with the Sonder booking than I would have with an Airbnb. It was a bright spacious condo (for 2), and the extra bathroom was a plus. Though we didn't use the balcony, it would be great for warm summer nights.

The condo did not have extra bedding (which was deliberate as there was a washer/dryer in the unit), and because the space had a lot of windows, it was airy and cool, even with the heat turned up. For winter bookings, I would suggest some extra bedding and perhaps a throw blanket or two for the couch.

We stayed twice over a ten day period. The first suite was not very clean but via the app a clean was quickly arranged and the standard was much improved. The left luggage facility was extremely useful. The in-app response time to questions / concerns was good. Well equipped suite, with excellent laundry

Cleanliness needs some attention. In the second suite there were crumbs in the fridge and stains down the front of the dishwasher - but it was cleaner than the first one. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work in the second suite. Some storage drawers would be helpful - not everything can be hung.

The location was perfect. Great district and a walk away from Queen St. Loads to see right on the doorstep. The building staff and the team at Sonder are faultless. I would love to stay again.

The room smelt like cigarettes. Not smoky but stale. The place was immaculate and fresh top to bottom but the smell of cigarettes was noticeable even the following day after I arrived. Other than that - zero complaints.

I would recommend this place for those willing to keep up with a daily routine while traveling. There is well equipped gym in the building. The kitchen of the apartment is well equipped. There is even a simple coffee machine that can be handy. There is a supermarket downstairs and some restaurants on the block in front of the building. It is a quite area with some shops and restaurants around. It is a few blocks from the Exhibition GO station. The bathroom was super clean and I loved the bath tube.

All rooms - except bathroom - were poorly lightened. So, I had a hard time getting my make up done or even working from my computer at times. The gym does not have mats, so you better bring your yoga mat with you if that's a must. Liberty Village has only one way in and one way out, so it can be a bit tricky to get to downtown due to traffic. You can still take the GO train which takes about 20min. Streetcars can be as slow as walking downtown.

Great location. Fully working kitchen. Washing machine & dryer. Fabulous grocery store next door and pharmacy downstairs.

Difficult to find the entrance and elevator location. Not clear. Use ‘Joe Shuster Way’ to get into the Lobby or if coming via King Street use left elevators and go to Level 4 for the main lobby for Sonder.

The apartment was above our expectations, everything was clean, well equipped and very efficient. For example the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The washing machine and the clothes dryer were very convenient during our stay. The check-in was very smooth, well explained, and also the customer support was very reactive. I had a tiny problem within the apartment that was solved the same day. Also you have a tram stop in front of the apartment, in 20 min you are at the CN tower or any central metro stations. Two groceries are next to the apartment and a drugstore. Another positive note was the size of the apartment, really huge, compared with European standards.

All good. If I have to mention something, provide explicit instructions on how to manage the heat system.

The property is in a good location and is very clean. I appreciate the contactless check-in. Communication about check-in was clear and arrived several days in advance.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were denied an extra blanket when requested even though this request was granted without issue when we stayed previously.

We got a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms at a reasonable price. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were towels, shampoos, pots/pans, and coffee/tea machines.

The apartment is located in a three-tower residential building and there is no direct access to Tower A where Sonder is located. You'd need to walk through two towers, take two different elevators, and enter your code at multiple doors to arrive at your apartment. It was inconvenient and confusing, especially if you have kids or older people with you or traveling with heavy luggage. Another issue was the parking, there was no instruction on how to enter and we could not pay for it in the Sonder's app. The building security tried to help us but they couldn't resolve the issue on the spot so we decided to park in another building nearby to avoid paying $3 per hour.

Brilliant service. The room is tidy and well equipped with the culinary that we need. Great location as well with convenient public transport as well as a gym downstairs. Thank you for all the people who have been there for me!

Fab location for us as we love Liberty Village area and the proximity to Ontario Place/BMO fields and the lakeshore. Room was excellent, equipped sufficient to allow us to cook twice and dishwasher etc. fab balcony directly overlooking Allan Lamport stadium. Access details were easy to use and left luggage room facility excellent as we landed very early and left very late. Met the lady in the luggage room on our arrival and she was lovely, offered us local advice if needed and arranged for an early check in for us so we could make the baseball game having first checked in. Also have an online app which was great and immediately on booking they made contact and answered my queries about left luggage. Would highly recommend

Nothing - only proviso I would say for others considering is that the location is not immediately downtown but public transport is ample to me their in less than 10 minutes. We however love walking so always walked and it was around 40 minutes to the CN Tower (although part of that was waiting at crossings of which there are many😂)
