The location was good. Close to many stores, restaurants, transit. The location after midnight is a little uncomfortable but that is because as a women I was travelling solo. They do have security. The room was clean and a great size. There was a kitchenette which is great for longer stays. I liked how there was laundry on my floor and a I think it was a good price $4 total. I liked the staff they were really friendly. While I was waiting for a room they held onto my bags so I could walk around without them.

The first room I stayed in didn't have those bar of soaps, shampoo/conditioner. The second room I stay in had those. My rooms faced the parking lot so I could hear people talk if they are talking too loud.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and equipped. The mattress was a bit too soft, but it's personal taste. The hotel is well placed and one the cheapest in the area. Wifi was perfectly working.

The population is... Special. I did not have any problem, but sometimes you can smell some drugs. Even if it is the cheapest, the price is quite high for the standing of the hotel (but overall, everything is pricy in the city so...)

The lady at the service desk was very helpful in explaining how to get around downtown Toronto. There was parking included and she was happy for us to stay parked for the day after checkout. The room was basic but clean - exactly what I expected for the price and ratings.

It's definitely tired but for the cheapest hotel in walking distance of many of the sights, I can't complain.

I arrived late and the staff was accommodating. Parking was only an extra $10/night. Room a little dated but clean. Good value for Toronto.

It was a bit noisy. It did not bother me, but someone who is a light sleeper may be bothered by it.

It was in the middle of many districts and very walkable. When we come to stay again we would love to have the same room.

It would be nice if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Next time we may cook some of our own foods in our room. Supplies left there are perfect. I would recommend you to everyone. Thank you for a nice stay.

The location is excellent, beside a large park and at the end of a quiet street. Queen St is nearby with restaurants & public transport. Kensington Market & Chinatown are also very close. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It would be nice if they provided tea/coffee in the room

Staff are super friendly and helpful!! Hotel isn't super fancy but if you just want somewhere to crash and leave your things, then you're good here. Clean and comfortable with everything you need including a kettle!! As a brit in the Americas, i love that! You can also see the CN from the front door so you have a good point of reference from the very start.

It can feel a tad sketchy at night, being so very close to the park but I didn't have a problem at all. Its a little further away from all the touristy stuff which is why is a little cheaper but a 15/20 minute walk puts you wherever you need to be.

The room was very clean and cozy . When I arrived at the room they had turned on the a/c prior to me getting there so it was nice and cool as it was very hot put that day . The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating . Would recommend !!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Breakfast is not included, but many restaurants are very nearby. I like that they provided essential tools to prepare your own meal if you so choose. It's great it you need an economical way to stay for extended hospital visit. Nice park next to holet to stroll through. Kensington market a short distance away. Recommend it.

It's not the Delta.

Location was great for us- we were going to the Medieval Times show and wanted to stay nearby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us maps and directions to the show as well as calling to check on the road closures in the area!

The elevator and stairs were both on the opposite side of the building from our room.
