We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the food was not good and the price is quite expensive

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious, offering an experience that exceeded all expectations. The amenities were truly excellent, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience that made every moment of my visit enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with professionalism and genuine care. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to maintaining a pristine and inviting environment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay!

Although the establishment was truly excellent in every way, its secluded location away from the nearest town was a bit inconvenient at times. However, I suppose that sense of isolation adds to its charm, making it an ideal escape for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

Professionalism and friendliness of staff. Easy access from expressway and of course, access to a variety of slot machines.. No smoking in the hotel/casino area was a plus! The dinner was copious and delicious and similarly, the breakfast menu was varied and plentiful.

We arrived on a Monday late afternoon so only one restaurant was open for dinner service. Unfortunately there are no external restaurants nearby if one didn't want the bar grill menu, which was a bummer. Consider opening at least 2 restaurants to provide an option. Re: Breakfast - Compared to positive remarks about the breakfast itself, the service was lacking: On after being seated we waited a period of time and then had to search for waitress to take our order.

We stayed here because a family member recommended it. This hotel & casino was exceptional for so many reasons: cleanliness, atmosphere, restaurants choices, bed comfort, friendliness of staff, excellent value- I could go on and on. The casino was even great! The artwork and furniture is stunning, which provided a wonderful atmosphere.

The service in the steakhouse could have been a little faster. Our wonderful dinner took a lot longer than it should have. We still give the quality of the steakhouse 5 stars! We had a delicious dinner.

The resort was very clean and inviting, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room that was very nice and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had nice large shower. We had a lot of fun in the casino. We didn't eat there much but the food I the restaurants was very good especially Zeinth! I definitely wouldn't have an issue staying there again.

The only problem we experienced there was that they were having water heater issues. The day the water was pretty cold, the next very hot, even when barely on. After that, it worked perfectly. Eating at the resort is pricey, so just keep that in mind.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean The hotel's strongest point by far was the overall quietness of the room. Improper sound insulation is almost always an issue, but in this case, we were able to rest without being disturbed.

The location is somewhat remote and fairly distant from Flagstaff. It wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others.

Very friendly welcoming staff, fantastic room with powerful shower, nice toiletries, comfy bed- what more could you want after a long day of driving?

The room was great a super nice facility.

I can't get an itemized bill for my stay, and I have several charges on my credit card after the room was prepaid. Customer service is lacking no live person will answer the phone, and if they do, they direct you to customer service, and then you get disconnected. It's disappointing from such a nice, friendly facility.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. We stay here traveling from Pagosa Springs, Colorado on a Get-away to Phoenix, AZ. We use the hotel as a stopping point (over-night) for a great dinner and mindless slot entertainment. The Zenith Restaurant is exceptional.

Restaurant server could have been more friendly. We were disappointed to see the band/dancing area was gone. We would enjoy music and dancing previously.
