Excellent hotel High standard rooms A great big casino Located about an hour and a half drive from the Grand Canyon We will definitely be back

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the food was not good and the price is quite expensive

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious, offering an experience that exceeded all expectations. Although the establishment was truly excellent in every way, its secluded location away from the nearest town was a bit inconvenient at times. However, I suppose that sense of isolation adds to its charm, making it an ideal escape for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

Professionalism and friendliness of staff. Easy access from expressway and of course, access to a variety of slot machines.. No smoking in the hotel/casino area was a plus! The dinner was copious and delicious and similarly, the breakfast menu was varied and plentiful.

We arrived on a Monday late afternoon so only one restaurant was open for dinner service. Unfortunately there are no external restaurants nearby if one didn't want the bar grill menu, which was a bummer. Consider opening at least 2 restaurants to provide an option. Re: Breakfast - Compared to positive remarks about the breakfast itself, the service was lacking: On after being seated we waited a period of time and then had to search for waitress to take our order.

The resort was very clean and inviting, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room that was very nice and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had nice large shower. We had a lot of fun in the casino. We didn't eat there much but the food I the restaurants was very good especially Zeinth! I definitely wouldn't have an issue staying there again.

The only problem we experienced there was that they were having water heater issues. The day the water was pretty cold, the next very hot, even when barely on. After that, it worked perfectly. Eating at the resort is pricey, so just keep that in mind.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. We stay here traveling from Pagosa Springs, Colorado on a Get-away to Phoenix, AZ. We use the hotel as a stopping point (over-night) for a great dinner and mindless slot entertainment. The Zenith Restaurant is exceptional.

Restaurant server could have been more friendly. We were disappointed to see the band/dancing area was gone. We would enjoy music and dancing previously.

The building looks new and up to date .The rooms were clean .The breakfast ,lunch, dinner, la carte were great.

My first time to go to this hotel. I had chosen to stay here while attending a wedding at Williams. I decided to stay here in a casino hotel hoping the restaurants are open most of the day in comparison to a non casino hotels. Tried one time dinner buffet . Not good for me. Beef was no taste for me. At the buffet, I didn't find good steak knife. I don't like plastic cups. Went to the dessert. Didn't find plate for dessert. I was charged 2 dollars for an extra plate at one sit down dinner. I was not told or I missed to see extra plate 2 dollars charge on the menu book?

Steak dinner was excellent, the room was amazing and we felt very comfortable in the casino area.
