The front desk staff were extraordinarily friendly & helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and assist with all of my needs.

I'd selected a location close to the airport for ease of departure, so without having a car, I missed out on the downtown amenities and there were no special nearby attractions within walking distance. It was also double the cost because I had to shift my stay to a holiday weekend. Expensive!

location is far away from town, so it's quite. Breakfast was decent, and the staffs are friendly, doing their best to help. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable too.

Since the location is far from town, there is not many choices for dining out in a cold night unless you are willing to drive into town. Breakfast was nice, if you get there in the first hour, so many travelers, so most items were gone by 8AM, The staffs were very nice, trying to prepare more food but it's a long wait.

The ladies at the front were very nice and accommodating, it was very cleanly and we were able to get a great price with Booking.com.

We were told breakfast was from 6-9, I was there at 6:05 and nothing was out yet. I assume maybe they were short staffed and did their best but a couple of us were waiting for awhile. Not everything was out until around 6:45 or so.

Your front desk attendant Cass is a wonderful, efficient and friendly attendant. The room was quiet and clean and the bed and pillows are superb. One of the best tv selections with the include line up of Netflix and YouTube etc., other hotel don't have that.

This was my 2nd stay in two weeks because I love the hotel; but the wind was blowing hard outside and in room 104, the room I initially had the window leaked air and made a loud whoosing noise so I had to have Cass get me a different room. I looked at the window and it seems the rubber seals need to be replaced to be more air efficient. Otherwise no problems and in room 317 I didn't hear the wind.

Check in handled promptly and courteously. Room was clean with refrigerator, microwave, hot water with good pressure in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Check out also handled promptly and courteously. The staff could teach a few 5 star hotels how provide service. I will be looking to stay in Fairfield Inn and Suites for all of my travel.

Really nice hotel and staff was very nice as we traveled 8hrs by car. The room very clean and spacious. Easy off the freeway. Really good breakfast too .

The room was a bit noisy with the neighbor. Seems the walls and floor can hear other guests. I will ask next time for a room that would be quieter.

Hard bed. No standing shower, just bathtub combo. Tried to charge a parking fee that was not disclosed in my reservation through Booking.com.

Breakfast we just like more consistency... one days eggs and meat which was great then eggs and spicy burritos then meat and spicy weird egg souffle... eggs and meat, simple. Biscuits and gravy would be an awesome add on
