The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. They consistantly met our needs and followed up to ensure we were comfortable. We were provided an upgraded room at no cost when we complained about the location of our first room. Our room was very clean and well appointed and our King bed was comfortable

The facility was undergoing renovations which was not revealed to us when we made our reservation. The work being done was not noisy and the contractor kept the work areas relatively clean but it was still a construction site, although we did not have to walk through any area where work was underway. The baggage drop location at the entrance is quite a long walk to the elevator.

We have stayed here many times. We actually love staying here and love the bar and the restaurant. The hotel is very comfortable and the beds are very comfortable and the room is very big and spacious. I would stay here again and again every time we go up there we do. But for our show we're going to actually stay across the street at the elevate hotel for review in October can't wait!

But I didn't like was I guess the pool could have been warmer but the jacuzzi was nice and warm and toasty other than that there's not much that I can say that is wrong with this place.

It had a balcony, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable the room was also a very nice size it was more then I expected for the price

good place to stay over while visiting nearby regions. grand canyon, canyon the chelly and so on al close by.

The food at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

The restaurant added a 15% fee to our check stating the fee was to cover the increase in wages of their employees so that they didn’t have to increase prices on their menu. I’m calling BS on this because I’m still paying an increase for my food. The owners end up with the cash and the wait staff get punished for getting a better minimum wage by not increasing the menu prices that directly affects their tips. A better way would be to increase their prices 7.5% and include a 7.5% bogus tax. Even better would be to drop the bogus tax and start demanding better pricing from their suppliers. Lastly, we went to a few other restaurants in the area and none of them charged me a bogus tax.

I appreciated the initial contact from the front desk to confirm my reservation and arrival time. The room and beds were mostly comfortable, but would appreciate if you provided additional mattress pads (on special request) for guests with back problems like me.

More than 1 towel per son would be great. And please get bigger bath towels. The ones you currently have in the guest rooms are tiny. Smaller than the pool towels. The online photos of the pool area didn't match the reality of that actual pool area. I thought he was renovated, but it wasn't. We were.disappointed.

The room smelled very clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved that we had a door that opened to the outside. As a former housekeeper it was very clean and welcoming.

Brian at the front desk didn't have the best customer service skills. I had gone down to make some adjustments to my stay and he had given me an eye roll as he went to get the paperwork. I talked to him respectfully and gave him the respect he was not reciprocating to me. Maybe he was tired from a long night, I'm not sure, but he made it clear he didn't want to be there.

Great helpful staff, nice room, good location. We were there 2 nights and found everything great!

This hotel was very clean, well decorated, and more than I expected. The room and bathroom were spacious and quality toiletries provided. Northern Pines Restaurant is great and conveniently located for hotel guests. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was a plus! It was very clean as well. Thank you for coffee and info in the lobby!

Unfortunately we could hear the construction workers from our room. We were promised a Mountain View room, but instead our balcony was covered with black plastic we’re assuming is also a result of the construction. We would have liked to be warned ahead of time.

There’s a pool on-site, laundry, and a gym. We were on the first floor, and there was a sliding door, which made it easier to load and unload our bags, without having to go through the outside door, using our key every time. The restaurant next door could make their menu a little more friendly to ALL diet types, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. When we had a plumbing issue with a clogged toilet, the staff was quick to answer our call, and got it fixed promptly.
