Clean and comfortable room and well maintained facilities. The front desk staff, housekeeping and maintenance are all very friendly, approachable, accommodating and helpful if you need anything. Super pet friendly and plenty of areas for walking furry family around the property - also the most affordable for the area! Excellent central location for local restaurants and shopping. This is a great & convenient place to stay a night while traveling through or for longer plans.

I only stay at this one versus the other side of town because it’s a better price, it has smoking rooms, and I have never had a bad experience with this location.

That there is people staying here for an extended period of time and some of those people have been the cause of police showing up, and then having a case to work on because got stabbed, and possibly died. I tried to use the stairs to get to my room one night and the cop was looking at the stairs because it had a blood trail along it- so he politely asked it I could wait a bit, but I just used the other stairs. Just be aware that some locals call it the “ghetto” part of town. I don’t think it’s that bad, and I’ve stayed here many times only to have the previous scenario mentioned happen once.

Facility was clean. Most of the staff was nice. Dog area was mostly well maintained, with a few people not picking up after their dog. Sidewalks was washed frequently.

Beds could use an update. Not very comfortable. You could hear every move the room upstairs made. No coffee pot in room, we used our own. Prices change because of holidays and the weather forecast. No regard for long term residents.

One of your employees - I believe his name was Mario (or something similar) went above and beyond for us. He saw that my husband had the hood up on our van - it was overheating. Mario volunteered to help. He looked at it, told us where to buy a part that was needed (walking distance) and helped my husband install the new part. He was so pleasant and extremely helpful! He saved our trip! We wanted to make sure that his superiors knew what a treasure they have in him as an employee!

It was what we expected for the price, so we were satisfied.

The staff was very nice and helpful with my situation. The room I had was actually awesome and the air conditioning worked so awesome as I love the room cold. The bathtub/shower could use an extra coat of something so you don't slip like I did but hey, it's an easy fix. All in all, a great location. I will recommend going to the restaurant across the street from the motel called Dirty Birdies for any meal though. The food and staff are awesome.

It's a good place to rest.

The staff don't have good customer service. I waited there with no greetings, or we will be right with you. Staff was on the phone while two staff were fixing the cable without any greeting. Another white person came in, and he was greeted and been help. Maybe because I'm American Indian. Other places have good customer service. They need to work on their customer services.

Inexpensive, clean, all the basic necessities, clise to restaurants and bars

Some seedy characters staying there. There were 3 obnoxious, drunk guys standing outside on the 2nd floor smoking and screaming until after midnight. I finally fell asleep with earplugs, but then my husband woke up from the screaming and was up for hours until it stopped.

Kids loved the pool! Clean rooms.

No mini refrigerator or mini microwave. More trash cansHad a non-smoking room, but had someone next door that smoked and smelled in our room. Cigarette burn holes in the comforters. More towels in to room to accommodate everyone. Remote did not work in one of our rooms. No Kleenex boxes. One of the doors security latch was loose and one room the bathroom door was hard to close.

We stayed in the bottom floor. Looks fresh still. I was surprised there was a microwave and fridge when I couldn't find it in the amenities section online . Comfortable bed and pillows. It was clean. (All the rooms might not be the same )

I have read reviews stating there is some traffic and next door guests noise.(it is right off the busy highway) I thought it would be severely noisy. However traffic was light and people upstairs only made the loud luggage movement. I also read the reception staff was rude and mean. But we didn't encounter any of that. Just heavy accent. The man was serious, straightforward, and very accommodating. Every customer has their own experience.

Denny's was nearby for breakfast.. indoor pool would be nice but the outdoor pool was not in service at time of my visit. Was still cold outside...

Rowdy party next door was not pleasant but I slept through it. Not the staff or company's fault but we survived and would not hesitate to rent at the same place again.
