A freshly remodeled hotel adjacent to the 40. The room was super clean, bed was amazingly comfy, and the workout room (which is important to me) had everything I needed (and a bit more.) Professional staff that was super helpful and found ways to make my stay great. There's even a sidewalk that gets you onto the "Arizona Trail"-a sidewalk trail towards town. Best Hotel coffee maker in the lobby for my AM cup. (Hotel is close to the 40 but I did NOT hear it.)

No breakfast here--but LOADS of local drive through options. Don't let a lack of breakfast put you off--load up and hit the road with a drive through breakfast. One right turn out of the parking lot and you are nearly on the 40.

Staff friendly. Facilities clean. If you want a sparkling clean pool, spa or a sauna, it's here. Grounds are creatively landscaped for a hot clime. They have a nice automated coffee bar off office area. Plumbing works. Nothing backed up. I hate going into a hotel's shower & standing in dirty water because it's not working. I've never encountered that here.

This probably regards designated smoking areas. The family next to us smoked on their terrace. Which connected to our terrace. This made it impossible to enjoy our outdoor area or even let in the great morning air. I'm not sure how a property handles this without making the grounds nonsmoking. And that is impossible. But it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the terrace.

Room was in new condition, all room necessities - phone and laptop USB chargers all over, lighting controls on each bed side. roomy shower, wash sink outside of main bath area, frig and microwave for left over dinners, great maid services and staff were excellant. Free morning coffee or Latte to boot, and 10% of tab at adjacent Dirty Birdie Restaurant - GREAT FOOD was had, both breakfast and dinner. Hidden Gem of a Hotel - Elev8 is it while visiting Flagstaff AR for sure!

Minor, yet I am sure the slow closures of this earth will agree, toilet had no slow closure. Noisy and not necessary for such a small expense to correct.

Right of the interstate and easy to find. Not too far from downtown. Pool looked nice but I never used it. Great place to crash after long days at Grand Canyon and surrounding area

The neighborhood was a bit suspect, at least not inviting. Basic, older items in the rooms and such. Keep your expectations in line and you'll be ok.

For a 'motel', this place exceeded motel expectations. With the hot tubs and sauna, the nice bathroom in the room, just overall cleanliness, I honestly raved about it to my boyfriend about the value. I liked that it wasn't the typical chain motel we had options of, I liked that it was a smaller owned motel. Well worth it and would 100% stay here again.

The sauna is outside so it's quite cold to get there and it didn't get vas hot as I'd like but that could be my own preference (though others said the same in there as well)

Loved it here! We were greeted by the lovely serenity and she was super sweet and accommodating. We did have to pay a $35 pet fee but it was a 1 time fee and that covered both of my franchise. Super clean and easy places to access. Also has a run for fur-babies who need to stretch their legs.

Only thing I didn't like is we originally got their an hr before our room was ready and met with a not so cheerful gentleman with Grey hair and glasses. I didn't mind waiting for an hr it was just how he addressed the situation and wasn't very hospitable, but it's okay because serenity was such a burst of fresh air that we didn't want to leave a bad review for the one minor inconvenience.

Have stated several times, clean easy to get to and easy access to freeway!

I booked thru booking.com and requested a first floor room , when we arrived we were told booking .com had made an error and we had to get a 2nd floor room ! They don’t have elevator and my husband and I have a very difficult time climbing stairs ! After getting angry at the young lady at the desk she offered to carry our bags up the stairs! I was very upset! After getting up at 5 am working my 8 hr job and then driving to flagstaff I was overtired!

I've never stayed at this place before, and I really liked it. Super cute, located in a convenient area, right by the highway exit/entrance, with a sports bar/restaurant next to it and a gas station. We haven't explored much around it because we were just passing through, but we were very pleased with this hotel. Very clean, quiet, wonderful clean rooms, with comfortable beds. Bonus points for being pet friendly as well. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Great experience overall.

Ample parking, including spots specifically for vehicles towing trailers. Even though the freeway is right next to the hotel and our rooms backed the freeway, we couldn't hear it 99% of the time. When we did, it was like white noise. The rooms seem bigger than most hotels and were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast isn't included, but there was a restaurant in front of the hotel (Dirty Birdies) that gives a small discount on food with proof of hotel stay. Food was decent.

They are in the process of renovating the entire hotel. Our room wasn't quite finished, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was all brand new. One of the best parts was that the hot tub, sauna and exercise room were open 24hrs! So with time difference that my body was use to woke me up at 3 or 4 in the morning, I could go down and work out or just relax in the hot tub while my wife slept.

A continental breakfast would have been nice. The room will be much better once the renovations are completed and the mess in the halls is cleaned up. But other than that, it's what I would expect for the price that we paid.
