Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Didn't have the breakfast as I had other plans, but in room coffee and tea were nice to have.

Bathrooms don't have fans. I asked someone at the front desk about this and was told "we don't allow pets or smoking, so there's no bathroom fans. While I appreciated the directness of the answer, it really wasn't logical. A bathroom fan should be considered a "must have" at any hotel.

Upon arrival, 2 large buses pulled in right after us. Busses blocked my car so unable to pull to a parking space. The bus passengers were running all around with no concern for any one else. Crowded elevator and pushed their way on and off. At breakfast the next morning, they continued to push and shove. Eating all the food and leaving the place a complete and total wreck. It was bedlam. Hotel should have done something to alleviate the issue - worked with the tour company to organize and explain how things should be......

I was unhappy because of booking it through booking.com this time and it cost more than the original time we stayed last week. Will never use booking.com again.

Booking.com price for this one night stay was more than the last week on April 23,2025. Than just calling the hotel and they said that there was nothing they could do about it when I asked them on check in about the price.

Property was acceptable but the Staff was terrible and wound up cancelling our reservation. This communicated to Booking.com so we could receive our money back. To date, we have yet to see our refund.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was also very knowledgeable of the area. Great places to eat. Knowledgeable on road conditions helped us avoid road closures.

I'm not used to paying for parking when staying at the hotel. I get it I just don't think if you are staying there you should have to pay.

Breakfast was good, room clean, comfortable and quiet.

The iron was too liteweight. I had to put a lot of pressure onto the iron to get all the wrinkles which in turn took a lot longer time to iron. Had I known the iron did not work very well I would have brought my own. The other complaint is parking fee. I beleive that should be free with the room rental.

The room was clean and spacious, I love a king size bed when travelling. The hotel was remodeled so it felt very new. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options, from bacons to greek yogurt, from cereals to fresh milk, you get everything you need!

We had to pay extra fee for parking and a "sustainable fee" - what is that???

Consistently generally good like other Holiday Inn properties. Appreciated pool for short laps.

Holiday Inn needs to stop using throwaway materials for breakfast and change to using permanent washable utensils and crockery. The current approach is totally unacceptable from an ESG perspective.

The beds were very comfortable. We also loved the walk-In shower and higher commode in the bathroom. The manager was very accessible and friendly.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the orange juice; it was a little watery.

Free breakfast is amazing, the water come from the shower is super comfy.

there's no humidity control, the air is too dry.
