Love that the room is big enough and not carpeted as we have 2 little dogs, plus each dog cost 10 bucks per night. Also they have a little kitchenette that helps out lot if you like to cook your own stuffs to be economical during the trip! Plus the lady at the counter was so nice to lend us a pot for the induction stove as ours won't work for their certain induction stove! All in all, it was a nice stay as we mostly used the room for our dogs inorder for us to explore Sedona and hiked!

The only drawback is that along the paths to walk your dogs and have their business done, other owners didn't pick up their dogs waste and it's disgusting really!!! Very irresponsible!!!😡😡 Seems like Flagstaff have lots of homelessness too with some staying in their cars and seen some dogs in it so wonder if that's the main reason of some dog waste not getting picked up!!!

I liked that our room had a small kitchen and I was still able to feel at home by cooking meals for my family.

I didn't like that it wasn't very clean. Like the housekeeper didn't make time to fully deep clean and restock the items. It looked touched up and as if the condiments were just thrown on the tray. The other thing was that there was only a thin roll of used toilet tissue on the roll holder but at least we had a new one. Our toilet paper ran out fast. The floor was also sticky. All in all it was a wonderful room

I stayed here because my truck was having mechanical issues, so I had to spend the night. Everything was clean in the room and the staff was very helpful if I had a question. There is no breakfast, just coffee and it was freshly made.

I would mention that the entrance door needs to be sealed better on the bottom, people smoking outside their room doors, cig smoke tended to waft into my room, I had to use my clean towel to block it. And PLEASE! clean the windows. Other than that, all was fine.

Check-in was a horrible! Did not have my reservation, was on & off phone for two hrs w/ Priceline, Booking.com, & third party ( I forget name). They kept hanging up, putting me on hold, pointing fingers at each other, & promising it would all be fixed very soon.... which it was not. Not sure if problem was w/ Priceline reservation system, Studio 6, or lack of coordination / communication between them. A traveling companion had the exact same problem /w his "non-reservation"..... I remember jokingly asking him to hang up so I could move up one slot in the on- hold waiting line!

It's spacious plus they are pet friendly and that's a game changer! The lady up front even let me borrow a pot to boil water as my pot didn't work in their induction stove, very well appreciated! Big fridge that you can put most of your stuffs from your cooler. All in all it was great!

To have at least a tissue box in the room would be nice but it's a little thing! We brought ours anyways!

Room was very well kept and updated.

I requested late check out but was first denied and told check out was at 11am. I offered to pay for late check out but the staff stated late check wasn't an option. Then later said it'll be an extra $20 for late check out by the hour but by that time I had already paid by card.

Convienent To Walmart!!! Clean while staying in renovated room. Nice set up, bunk beds a king bed , kitchen n bath. Windows Open freely. Appliances worked great. Grounds clean. Safe feeling. Traveled with our daughter elderly mother husband n two cats. Got comfortably.

Floors slightly dirty, geussing since exterior entrance. But a door mat should help.

no garbage pick up ,we stayed 5 nights and had to throw our garbage in the dumpsters outselves

I liked it was close enough to restaurants and markets and little kitchen and microwave to make sandwiches and soup for the little ones.

No paper plates or disposable silverware but it really wasn’t a problem because Walmart was close by.

It was clean and fairly quiet.

The virtual check in was difficult at first bc the kiosk was "buffering" and "couldn't connect". There wasn't a person to contact or speak with to try and correct those issues. It eventually started working.
