My room with double beds was spacious, clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was large and worked well. The bathroom area was large. In the shower, the raisin shower fixture was different but had nice pressure and plenty of hot water. My room was quiet like I requested. Breakfast had the usual eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, and a fruit. The front desk staff were friendly.

No peanut butter or yogurt at breakfast. The outside of the property looked like perhaps they were going to paint it and they had maybe sandblasted the exterior. It was next to a closed property that looked liked an old Motel 6.

The price on weekends is very friendly, and the hotel is in a great location. The exterior looks old, but the room facilities are good, very comfortable bed, two soft and hard pillows, very spacious bathroom, and good quality disposable toiletries. It is close to I-40, but the soundproofing is good, and there is almost no noise. Although the breakfast room is crowded, the simple continental breakfast can still meet the requirements.

The only drawback is that the air conditioning is noisy, but the temperature difference between morning and night in this city is very large, and the air conditioning is automatically adjusted according to the temperature. It is not turned on at night, so it has little impact.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. One morning we were leaving at the crack of dawn to hike Humphrey's Peak. It was too early for breakfast hours, but they had bagels, bread, peanut butter/jam/cream cheese, cereal and milk all out that we could eat super early. SOOO nice of them. I enjoyed having a pool (older and unheated, but fun). We only stayed two night, but they had housekeeper service between the two!!! There was an ice machine, a tiny gym, and guest laundry facilities. Overall, very good value for money.

It's an older property, and it shows, especially on the outside, but the rooms have been recently renovated and are quite nice. The neighborhood's not really that great to walk around in, and the roads around are a bit tricky to navigate, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

My most favorite part about my stay there was the shower pressure. This is the only hotel I've stayed at in years that actually has water pressure. And the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The pillows are not so much.

I didn't like that they sent me an email asking what time I'll be checking out, I responded 11 am, and I still got a maid knocking on my door just as I got out of the shower at 10:10 am. They need to communicate better with each other, staff and front desk.

Spacious, Clean Room with a "like-new" mattress on our king size bed. I Individual soap, shampoo and conditioner containers provided (not the ones attached to the wall & refilled). In fact, we stayed 2 nights and were asked if we wanted house keeping to come in and clean our room. The included Breakfast was Great with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit and of course coffee and tea. Tables were cleaned as people left. Perfect place to stay a night or two or more!

Room was comfortable and we were so busy we never noticed the train noise. There was one close by and I remember reading about it in the reviews. We had a room facing the train tracks and I barely heard it once. Breakfast was delicious. We were in town for Geowoodstock XX and the hotel was in a convinent location for the different events and caching we did.

Having the option for an early checkin at no additional cost would have been nice. But we understand, we arrived early. We were able to check in without issue when we came back after checkin time.

We traveled with kids—they were able to place us in adjoining rooms which helped out a lot. No having to go outside every time we wanted to access the kids room was super helpful. Fridge was largish for our cold stuff, decent sized freezer for the cold packs.

Breakfast room tiny and packed, not enough chairs. Pool was freezing— the kids were looking forward to swimming but couldn’t stay in longer than a few minutes.

My hotel stay was really good, very well priced hotel, the room was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good - some hot breakfast including sausages, eggs and a waffles.

Even that we have arrived for breakfast pretty early, it was already really busy and it got busier with each minute (long queues to the toaster and people awaiting a table to sit) but that would be my only criticism about the hotel

We like the hot breakfast that was prepared and the clean room along with a restful night and with the professional staff customer service along with the ease to get around to different business and different places that meet our needs. We will be visiting this place of business again in the future.

We met only one staff member who had a bad attitube towards customers , she was complaining about her not getting enough rest and sleep and she showed her bad displeased work condition towards the customers that were checking - in but the other staff members showed great professional customer service with great concern about everyone service.

Though the hotel looks like a motel from outside, it offered services like a good hotel. The room was quite big for 4 persons having all necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good with many options. Parking was free and easily available. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Overall, a great experience considering the price.

The area for breakfast was quite small and could not accommodate all guests during peak hours.
