The trees, the walking trail, the beds where so comfortable and the in room coffee had good coffee. The restaurant had vegan burgers and breakfast was delicious. There's a nice relaxing feel here, I also like that you can open the sliding door and get fresh air.
This was our first time here so we didn't know there was a playground and a pool (which looked nice) but we were in a room too close to these features and the kids playing where too loud with their screaming while using both areas.

Room and view were great, We purchased the room facing away from the parking lot which was about $40.00 more per night, although the front side of the hotel would have been fine as well since they are up in the trees and far enough off the street that I do not think you would be able to hear any road noise with the window closed. The rooms are bigger than most and very clean. It truly is a wonderful place to stay.
Room 233 Shower water temp controls seemed to be backwards, you have to turn the dial all the way up passed the hot in order to get to the cooler side to adjust the temperature, and the water was hard. A nice place like this 4 star hotel should have soft water. other than that it was all good. Also, Go easy on the Air freshener, some people are very sensitive to perfumes, cleaners and air fresheners. The Restuarant was pricey for the limited menu. The walls next to the entrance to the kitchen where the Wait staff ring up your bill are dirty where the staff touches the wall, (Nasty!)

Loved the reception area and our room which was generously sized with a very comfortable bed and some of the nicest fixtures and fittings I’ve ever experienced in a hotel room. There were even two separate sink areas so my husband could claim his own bathroom space. In room coffee service was very good. Heard no noise from the freeway when the windows were closed.
Two things bothered us. Firstly the access to the property is very close to a major junction and freeway off ramp so if traffic behind you is close, you have to be very careful about slowing down to turn onto the driveway. When exiting the property, it’s easier to turn right and do a U turn than it is to turn left. The other issue was the room was not cool enough and despite turning the thermostat down, we couldn’t get cool enough so opened the window. That helped greatly with the temperature but the hotel is next to I-40 hence truck noise through the night.

We really liked the size of the room and bathroom. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and prompt. We also liked the location by the interstate but didn't feel like it was.
Our first room was not clean: dirty drink bottle and cherry pit with stem on the table, leftover food still in the fridge, the worst part was when I went to the restroom, the bathtub still had the dirty water from the previous person. We called the front desk, told them the situation, they couldn't apologize enough. They immediately gave us a different room, told us that they would inform the management in the morning and we could go talk to them if we wanted too. We decided that because they were so nice and prompt, we would let you all handle it.

The beauty of the lobby area was exceptional. The restaurant offered great choices, it was a bit pricey, at dinner, so we had breakfast the next morning at the Travel Center. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean as was the hallway...we were stunned by the wonderful colors used everywhere in the hotel! The price for the night was a tremendous value, except that we had purchased through Booking.com and we couldn't change that.
We were disappointed that the cost was so much more through Booking.com. We were unaware of that. I guess because we had used Booking.com the front desk wasn't able to offset that by honoring a senior or AAA discount.

This was an exceptional hotel, we stayed 4 nights and I was sad to leave, I would never consider staying any place else in Flagstaff. This was more of a resort than just a hotel, spacious room, excellent restaurant, very quiet, great grounds (loved the torches at night) with a large pool, hot tub, and 2 mile hiking trail and just a few minutes from downtown. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and looked new, the bathroom was one of the nicest I've seen at any price. The staff was very professional and friendly especially in the restaurant. Restaurant and bar are top quality.
I would have liked a larger gym, given how nice everything else was a more complete gym would be a big plus.

The room was very spacious and clean, offering a very large bathroom with the best shower (soft water). The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. There was a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The restaurant is not cheap... but the food is really delicious! We had a delightful waitress that made us feel right at home. We sat near the window in the evening and could see three fireplaces on the patio -- one even had a small waterfall and pond feature below it. There is a park-like walking area in the center of the lodges that is well-lit at night and feels very safe. The hotel is super easy to find -- right off the interstate -- and is only 10 minutes away from the airport in Flagstaff. Such a beautiful oasis and convenient, too! We loved staying here.
We loved all of it!

I was very happy that I was offered an upgrade on my room (for an additional $10 plus tax) for a quieter room. I am a light sleeper and it was nice to be provided with that option and not have to listen to traffic noise all night long.
There is a restaurant and no free breakfast option which would be nice. They offer in-room dining but an additional charge plus gratuity are added to the price of the food. Nearby, at the Travel Center, which is like a convenience store, there are less expensive options which I didn't take advantage of as I was only there for one night and brought my own snacks.

The location in the pines is wonderful. I also appreciate the adjacent truck stop grill which is a great value for the food.
The bathroom shower needs grab bars! I am almost 80 years old and grab bars in the shower are essential. The food in the dining room was “meh” and greatly overpriced. For dinner one evening, my granddaughter ordered spaghetti with no sauce, just olive oil. It was tasteless, unseasoned, and swimming in a ton of oil. We were charged $30 which is ridiculously overpriced for a teeny bit of pasta! As a result, we did not return to eat in the dining room.

We stayed here as a family with younger children and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, staff always helpful and we really enjoyed our time in the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi (towels are laid out by the pool ready to use). The food in the restaurant was also lovely with a relaxed and yet formal atmosphere. Great location to explore and the kids are already asking when we can come back!
The restaurant inside the hotel is a little pricey but the food was delicious, there are other options nearby if you'd prefer. The room service was good but the drinks (coffee pods, milk etc) weren't replaced, however, when I asked, staff were happy to provide more.
