The beauty of the lobby area was exceptional. The restaurant offered great choices, it was a bit pricey, at dinner, so we had breakfast the next morning at the Travel Center. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean as was the hallway...we were stunned by the wonderful colors used everywhere in the hotel! The price for the night was a tremendous value, except that we had purchased through Booking.com and we couldn't change that.

We were disappointed that the cost was so much more through Booking.com. We were unaware of that. I guess because we had used Booking.com the front desk wasn't able to offset that by honoring a senior or AAA discount.

This was an exceptional hotel, we stayed 4 nights and I was sad to leave, I would never consider staying any place else in Flagstaff. This was more of a resort than just a hotel, spacious room, excellent restaurant, very quiet, great grounds (loved the torches at night) with a large pool, hot tub, and 2 mile hiking trail and just a few minutes from downtown. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and looked new, the bathroom was one of the nicest I've seen at any price. The staff was very professional and friendly especially in the restaurant. Restaurant and bar are top quality.

I would have liked a larger gym, given how nice everything else was a more complete gym would be a big plus.

We stayed here as a family with younger children and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, staff always helpful and we really enjoyed our time in the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi (towels are laid out by the pool ready to use). The food in the restaurant was also lovely with a relaxed and yet formal atmosphere. Great location to explore and the kids are already asking when we can come back!

The restaurant inside the hotel is a little pricey but the food was delicious, there are other options nearby if you'd prefer. The room service was good but the drinks (coffee pods, milk etc) weren't replaced, however, when I asked, staff were happy to provide more.

We were staying in Flagstaff as part of a cross-country drive, helping my son move his car from California to Florida. As we got about a half hour from Flagstaff, I pulled out my phone and started looking for a hotel (We didn’t know where we were going to spend the night). I saw that there was a little America in Flagstaff and I am immediately keyed on that. I had great memories of staying at the original Little America in Salt Lake City. The price is right and the reviews were good so that was our choice. The hotel looked like a country Lodge high end Exterior decor and a beautiful setting surrounded by trees. It definitely wasn’t your typical motel by the side of the road. The room was enormous with two queen size beds plus a large couch, a desk and table, and two side chairs. If we had had four people we could’ve stayed comfortably in this room. The bathroom was nicely appointed and had a separate Vanity area in addition to the one in the shower room. The likelihood is zero that I will be passing through Flagstaff anytime soon, but if I was, I would not hesitate to stay at the Little America.

This place is gorgeous- the grounds, the room, the building. Well-appointed and comfortable overall. I loved my stay. I especially appreciated the outdoor hot tub after my long drive. The room was incredible- updated fixtures/furniture and roomy with a massive bathroom and super comfy bed.

All was amazing! Parking is a little weird because of large 'islands' of vegetation that you may have to walk around to wheel your luggage from your car to the door, making the trip far longer than otherwise would be necessary if they cut a sidewalk through each of these islands. This is a small complaint, however.

It’s a very nice property, tucked away from a busy road with beautifully appointed facilities.

We arrived after dark during a heavy downpour. Because there was construction being done on the road in front, it was difficult to see the entrance or even know where the lobby was. We drove all around and still parked on the rear side. It would have helped if we had been texted a detailed notice of this situation on the day of our arrival, with specific directions as to where to enter and park for the lobby. Also,, as we were trying to find the door to our room;s building, the lighting overall was too low to see where we were walking without our phones’ flashlights.

Beautiful hotel , clean , the staff was excellent. My daughter dropped her wallet at the hot tub and didn’t know it. In the morning a maintenance worker turned it in to the front desk . The front desk searched our name and called us to let us know someone found her wallet. Upon claiming her wallet everything was in place money and cards. It is so refreshing to find honesty still around in the world today. The front desk wasn’t sure who the employee was as I wanted to give them a tip or reward . Thank you for a wonderful experience and a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful & comfortable

The nicest non-chain hotel property I have ever experienced. Evident to me that profits are put back into the property to maintain a look of excellence regarding maintenance, comfort, facilities, etc. All staff extremely well trained and very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the back property and hiked the trails...and beautiful holiday decorations.

We liked everything. This was a stop from Page on our way to our departure at the Phoenix airport. We decided to spend a second night instead of a night near the airport. We enjoyed the comfort of a two night stay and accepted we had to leave very early to catch our flight.

The hotel and the room are beautifully designed. Very luxurious feel to it. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. We liked the complementary transfer to our car hire pick up point.

We had dinner with friends and one of their meals was not good. After a few mouthfuls he went to find someone to ask for help. It took a while before anyone arrived and there was no apology for the food or how long it took them to see them. They ended up sharing their partners meal rather than having to wait for a new meal to be prepared. On the other hand the rest of us had fantastic meals.

The room was good sized with a couch, a chair and a desk with an office chair. The bathroom had a room with a mirror and sink and second room with a mirror and sink, shower and toilet. The refrigerator drawer and the microwave were built in to the cabinet with the Keurig coffee maker on top. The property ground were beautifully designed and manicured with pool, hot tub and hiking trails which connected to the Flagstaff trail system.

There was not enough K-cups provided for our two night stay. Yes, I could have asked for more. The restaurant food was more expensive that I would have liked but the food was good.
