The breakfast was the usual as with most motels - powdered scrambled eggs, extremely thin cut bacon, coffee, oj, hard boiled eggs etc. Sufficient enough to get one on their way when checking out. Nothing really to brag about; however, I cannot figure out why most places serve FROZEN packs of butter to put on toast. You can't spread the butter so it just goes on in a clump.

The room I stayed in was on the first floor and handicap accessible. The bathroom door would not stay closed unless it was closed completely - you couldn't just close it far enough to shut off any bathroom lights. Appears the room is canted as the door kept swinging open unless it was closed completely thereby, flooding the room with light when the room lights were off and the bathroom light was on so one could make their way at night to the bathroom facilities.

THE MAN ON DUTY WHEN I GOY THERE HELPED ME TALK TO THE OTHER COMFORT INN. I ACCIDENTLY WENT TO YOUR INN, AND THE OTHER INN WASN'T GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY. BUT LUCKILY I DID SOMETHING WRONG IN BOOKING DOT.COM AND MY RESERVATION DIDN'T GO THROUGH. SO YOUR INN WAS AWESOME! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I FORGOT MY DOVE BODYWASH IN MY ROOM. OH WELL SOMEBODY GOT LOL !

I loved the location, it is in a very convenient place, close to freeway, eating, shopping, and a great place to take a walk/run around the block. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was available in a variety of choices from healthy items.

The only thing that I didn't like was that when my kids went swimming, we encountered a very rude man that chased us out of the pool area, because he thought that we had taken down all the things that are around the pool. This was the only negative encounter, otherwise everyone else were great.

We stay here every time we travel through Flagstaff. The indoor pool, spa, and saunas are great for weary drivers and those sensitiiive to high altitude sun exposure. Love the bkfst and the proximity to Cracker Barrel for dinner. 😎

The lighting in the sink area was a bit dim for makeup application and shaving.

Love staying here. Beds are comfy and breakfast is nice.

Staff needs to check room clocks to insure the alarms don't continue to go ogg at 5:00 a.m. if there's no one in the room to turn it off. Otger than that, we love staying here.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was friendly & helpful.

Interstate traffic, semi trucks were a little noisy during the night. Run ac/heat fan for noise control.

We love staying here. The indoor pool is perfect. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Plus, it's walking distance to Dennys and Cracker Barrel.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was nice and firm. The spa and pool were a huge plus. The scenery was spot on.

The toilet was too close to the door and the bathroom was small.

Dud not have breakfast there, I like the convenience of being close to freeway, restaurants, and shops.

Everything was good, except for the sink being clogged.

Night clerk was fantastic even though we came in at midnight and the system couldn't handle the time change and he had to go thru hoops. Bless his heart. It took a long while but he was great.

The room was dirty. Dog food on rug. Dark hair in tub. And housekeeping came in room and before 10am on last day there and opened door when I was putting my makeup on.
