Breakfast options were great coffee could have been a little stronger but it was good that there was some available. Even took the time to enjoy and relax in the pool and jacuzzi.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected but everything else was great. We requested extra towels and got attitude from front desk lady I was not happy or expected that I usually don't request extra towels because I bring mine from home but I forgot them.

These people were simply THE BEST! I travel frequently between Denver and Phoeniex and this is my go to overnight spot.The staff are always so welcoming and making sure the family ( including our 4 legged family) has everything we need! Simply a cozy home away from home. ( The pool is pretty great too)

That I couldnt think of more good things to say about the awesome people that keep this place running as awesome as it does. Simply best stop of my trip every time. If Im being picky they could use more cranberry juice.

Pool was well maintained and breakfast was good! Front-desk lady was very welcoming!

There were around 10 kids (8-12 years age!) in pool jumping in to pool (when its clearly marked "no diving") and making huge noises/screaming, but no-one from the hotel bothered to stop them or keep them in control! I would expect my bed sheets to be fresh and ironed, but it was not the case! it was all wrinkled!

The staff was great. Facility was clean, very clean hotel. The room was clean, and the pool/hot tub area was nice.

Saw sp many bums driving to and from the hotel within a block. The signs absolutely make sense. Felt super uneasy about leaving anything in our cars overnight. Which I get the hotel can't control but still made for a bit of uneasy night. Breakfast was pretty generic, but the fact that they offer such a variety of hot food is nice.

Our family of 4 traveled to Flagstaff as a part of a USA holiday from Australia. We found the staff Very friendly, Very clean room. laundry very handy to room and clean and tidy.

We liked everything about this property.

Reception staff were friendly. The main room of our queen suite was spacious and the second room as huge, with a vast desk. It was all spotless, the beds were comfy with crisp sheets. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and hot tub were clean with fresh towels too. Adjacent parking was excellent and it was set back from the main road.

The old fashioned configuration of having the sink inside the main room rather than in the bathroom made it a little awkward when sharing. Also the railway yard nearby disturbed our sleep with hooting now and then.

I wasn’t that impressed with the breakfast I had an apple it was rotten inside I tried to make a pancake it was barely edible and I also had a bagel they were cheap no flavor so overall quite a disappointment can’t blame the crew blame the owner of the hotel for serving crap .

All the food was unhealthy even fruit was rotten my bathroom sink was clogged they wanted fix that evening but I told them to do it after I checked out to but I said no big deal as I decided not to shave

I really enjoyed how pleasant and helpful all the staff were. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. The pancake machine was something I've never seen before. It made really good pancakes.

We got to breakfast towards the end of the breakfast time so there were no more bagels. That will teach me to get there a little earlier before the breakfast items are all eaten. Also, the ice machine had been emptied before we got to it. So my thermos was ice-less when we left.

It was clean and beds were comfortable!

I travel very often and have met so many awesome hotel receptionist/staff and I have never been treated with such horrible attitude. The lady that was working upfront on Saturday(10/21) during the morning shift was very rude! God forbid you have to ask a question about the charges on your bank account during check out ! When I ask why she was being rude when I was simply asking a question on MY bank account she responded with such poor attitude. She should not be working with the public!

It was a great little inn. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. The best thing was the inner pool and hot tub. It really helped us to relax before sleep.

The rooms are a bit narrow for six people stay. It was a bit hard to find a place to put all the laguage. Nevertheless, they accepted six people in one room which is much better than having to take two rooms.
