Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and loved the fact there was a fridge and microwave... now days in some cases you get either or. It was in a good locating right of the 40 and close to a lot of needs. Will definitely stay here again!! Price was affordable even last minute as my trip was....

The only thing that was a problem was the hot water for the shower. The hot came and went from cold to warm to hot. I'm not sure if it was because the shower was later in the day, but it was not consistent.

We loved the staff on site. Our room was very clean and big. Our dog was welcomed. The room was very cozy, and it felt like home. The hospitality was amazing. We loved every minute of our stay. We definitely will be coming back in the future. Thank you for the accommodation and hospitality. Our stay in Flagstaff was great!

Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of parking and really friendly guests and staff. Safe and convenient for a one night stop on our interstate move. Plenty of room to set up our baby’s travel crib in the room. We were happy to be able to have easy parking for our truck and trailer we were towing.

Looks a bit tired with a broken sign when pulling up. Breakfast left something to be desired.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and a good size. The breakfast was OK. Easy to find and on a main road.

This is a good place to stay for a night whilst travelling. It is on a main road and next to a railway line that is very busy with freight traffic.

The room was clean, the stuff was friendly and the location is good. We got also some great tips on where to eat and how to visit Grand Canyon.

The breakfast was really simple with not much healthy options and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.

Under my bed looked like it has not been cleaned for a long time. I saw a web and some kind of spill? So much dust and lint?

Front desk staff were very nice and were happy to cater to my ground floor request at late notice. Room and facilities were very clean as should be expected.

Only constructive comment is that the property is across the street from the train tracks. I travel with earplugs so it wasn't much of a problem.

We arrived 1 hour earlier than anticipated for check in before a procedure. The staff was accommodating and let us get our stuff in a room early. Very nice, especially with the on and off snowy weather.

The owners take pride in the appearance of the rooms and the grounds. The patio area outside the office is a nice touch, as is the additional patio at the end of the building with a grill. We especially appreciated the little area for our pup to use the restroom complete with poo bags and waste basket.

Not much… we’d definitely stay here again.
