I stayed in a two queen bed room. The room was a little small for two people in my opinion, but worked perfectly for a solo traveler. Breakfast was perfect every morning. The woman in charged maintained the space clean and replenished with fresh food. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. I didn’t explore other facilities during my stay. Free parking. Location was perfect. Right off of Route 66, downtown Flagstaff and highways that took me to the Grand Canyon. FYI the Grand Canyon is about 90 minutes drive from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Highly recommend this hotel! If I ever return to Flagstaff, I will definitely stay there again.

The beds were really comfortable! Stephanie was amazing! She made fresh cookies for us and was very helpful! She made our stay even better! She was professional and informative. The breakfast was nice. The hot tub was nice too(the second night). We would definitely stay here again!

The girl at the front desk when we checked in wasn't very helpful. We asked her if the hot tub was working and she said she didn't know. She said maintenance had been there that day and that it probably was working. We told her that we had called before we booked the room and they said it was working. We got settled in and headed to the hot tub and it wasn't working. We found out the next day that a switch just needed to be flipped.

This is my second visit to this location. Rooms are affordable, clean, well appointed and pleasantly decorated. Linens are high quality and spotlessly clean. Bed was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Enjoyed having a chair and ottoman to watch TV. I really like the later check out time of Noon, it makes mornings less rushed if you are not a morning person. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. I did not partake of the pool/spa or the breakfast provided, but I did appreciate having decent in room coffee as well as coffee and cookies being available at all times of the day and night in the lobby. Will definitely stay again.

In room fridges do not have a freezer area in them, unable to keep ice packs for travel cooler frozen. I find that is very important when you're on the road traveling. Getting ice from the ice machine just isn't the same, it melts much too fast.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel. The excellent housekeeping service ensured that my room was always spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the decent breakfast offered every morning. It was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from. The 24/7 coffee and tea available in the lobby was a nice touch, perfect for those late-night cravings or early morning pick-me-ups. The hotel also boasts a good-sized pool and a hot tub, which were well-maintained and provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of hiking. The location of the hotel was good, with easy access to local eateries, shops and the city center. It served as a convenient base for my adventures around Flagstaff. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist, making my stay all the more enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you so much for your smiles and positive attitude! A delightful surprise was the fresh cookies available in the lobby. It was a sweet treat that added a homely touch to the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was nothing short of wonderful. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Flagstaff.

No guest laundry. The guests can use the laundry at a sister hotel nearby.

Room was quiet and clean, with linens and bedding in good repair. Front desk ladies were nice and helpful and the property and grounds were nicely done. Bed was comfortable and the large TV's were a nice touch. Loved the larger sized toiletry amenities and the coffee provide in room was also good. Convenient location for what I needed to do while in town. While I opted to sleep in and missed the breakfast that is provided, it was nice knowing it was there and available. Also loved the Noon check out time!

The elevator was not working while there, so hauling luggage up to the third floor was an inconvenience, but it should be noted that the front desk staff did offer to help with luggage. Hopefully the parts and repairman came soon after my departure.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptional and pleasant during the entire stay. Breakfast was typical for a hotel, but staff maintained stock of popular items without being prompted by customers. The pool was very clean and towels available. Fantastic experience with Gkids!!!

I knew the hotel had parking for cars with trailers when I booked, but had to go around the block several times trying to find it. Finally, in frustration, I illegally parked and ran in for directions. More information re: truck/trailer/RV parking during the booking process or follow up email may help others avoid this traveling frustration.

Super friendly staff, good location near the outdoor sites, and room was really comfortable. I was only there for two nights, though I would have stayed longer if my Flagstaff sightseeing list was more expansive.

The breakfast quality and variety was overall good, with the exception of the eggs tasting slightly over cooked. That's a very minimal compliant though and not a deal breaker.

I like the property especially because of its staff. The lady on the desk during the night promised me that she would leave some notes and recommendations for the next day travel to Grand Canyon. And i was so amazed to see in the morning that very structured hand written notes along with Maps were handed to me by “shy” (sweet girl in the morning shift). I must apologise to the person who prepared all the notes for forgetting her name. But her recommendations made my trip very efficient and specially the city of “Williams” (neat and beautiful town on route 66) More positives - - A burritto restaurant at 2 minutes walk (only drive thru is open so if you are walking, place your order at the collection counter) - Adjacent Gas station, that too with very helpful staff (gave good recommendations for Route 66) - Designated smoking area next to parking - Souvenir magnets (must buy at the hotel as they are cheapest here)

Pool Quality could be improved

The property was was very nice. It was clean and I felt safe which is important when I am traveling alone with my children. The cookies in the lobby were a nice treat for the kids! When they are happy so am I.

I wish the room could have been a little larger. it was a tight fit even just to put my suitcase on the stand took up needed walking space. I also wish the pool had a little less chlorine. You smell was so strong it hurt these eyes just sitting in the hot tub.

We had a couple of issues that we created, the 2 young ladies at the front were quick to help us along with smiles and pleasant attitudes. The room was clean and comfortable. Good elevator service. There was a good breakfast with warm food and the attendant kept the area spotless.

The toilet paper holder is not within easy reach and you have to reach back behind you which would not be easy for children or those with back issues. They may want to invest in the metal stands for TP.
