Perfect for what we wanted, very clean and modern, beds in main room very firm and comfortable. Sofa bed was a full size double, and fine for our son. Large balcony on our apartment, with small table and chairs. We didn't use the pool as it was a bit chilly this time of year, but it looked nice for a summer dip. Location was perfect 5 mins walk from the beach. some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Lidl supermarket for supplies, a max 10 min walk away.

A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice, especially for late arrival. The sink in the bathroom of our apartment, although lovely, is far too big and makes it really awkward to get to to the toilet easily.

The apartments were lovely, modern and clean. They were perfectly located: a short stroll to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of palmanova. I stayed with my 5 year old and the staff on reception ensured we had everything we needed, they couldn’t have done more for us!! We booked a taxi transfer with them for when we arrived and we were so impressed by the level of communication and the fair price. Breakfast was great with a good selection that kept our tummies full until the next meal.

The pool probably was a bit too deep for my little girl but I knew that when I booked.

the property says no children allowed but this is not the case there was 3 children in apartments who were very disruptive i would not have booked knowing that they allowed children when i asked they said although they don’t recommend children at the property they can’t stop people taking children but i don’t think this is the case as does say on your sight no children allowed this significantly did have a huge effect in the enjoyment of our holiday

The apartment was spacious with good facilities. The location was close to the beach and close to the Vilas Tennis Academy. They also let me check out a little later - it wasn't busy as not the high season but still very much appreciated.

As a lot of people mention the sink in the bathroom is so big that anyone who is overweight would struggle to get round it to the toilet. Sounds stupid but you have to see it to understand!

The standout memory of our holiday is of the staff from reception to restaurant and bar to cleaning, without exception are so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The apts are newly renovated and are really clean and spacious with comfy beds and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Approx 5 to 7 mins walk to beach, shops, bars, and restaurants along the strip. A couple of nice italian restaurants are also nearby. Lidl supermaket few mins walk away for all your supplies. Small pool at the front with loungers and plunge pool which wasn't busy this time of year. Would love to go back again next year.

The only negative comment would be the strange bathroom layout. The sink is too big, and there is little room to squeeze between the shower and toilet. Because shower tray is laid out like wet room water can get everywhere when showering if you are not careful.

Extremely clean, easy to find, excellent location, quiet, beautifully furnished and really good value for money, comfy beds, shower had good power and Tv had all apps ie. Netflix etc, excellent wifi, I would definetly stay again

No iron No oven (microwave doubles as an oven but is too small to cook much in) No air con or heating in the bedroom (only in living room) Sink in bathroom way too big and restricts access to the toilet (I’m slim, but a bigger person would struggle to use the toilet) No long mirror, would benefit from a full length mirror in the bedroom

The rooms were super clean and the location was great - everything was close by. Mercadona was ~10 min away on foot and there were a lot of restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We really loved the blackout curtains as well - great touch!

There was a little wear and tear in the apartment - the bathroom could use a little patching up as the electricity sockets were a bit loose from the wall and the panelling on the floor next to the shower was not in a great shape.

Adele the Hotel/Appartment Manager Concierge etc was FANTASTIC. Beautiful lady, spoke a multitude of languages, fluent in all, and was there to meet & greet and answer any questions you may of had and was very knowledgeable of advice on attractions and sites we may of wished to visit. The owner, we now call Uncle Tony was so involved too, greeted you each day also. This experience went above all my expectations of what I usually receive, more than a Hotel chain who is world renowned for its hospitality and quality, begins with an H, though other hotels that begin with an H are available. Appartment was spotless, spacious and had all mod cons. The pool was beautiful, and like the appartments, cleaned everyday. The views from all sides where breathtaking. The rest of the staff, from the barista, cook and waitresses also heart warming friendly 💖 .I will be going back here again. Hopefully October before the end on season, if not twice next year. In addition the Appartments are open all year round guys if you want an out of season break. All info ring the Hotel Garbarda & complex direct which is literally 1 min from the appartments, and they with give you all the details. So to close 10+ cleanliness, value for money, food was fresh and cooked to perfection and again the staff, there's no number high enough for them all. If there was it would be in its thousands may I add, and the numbers kept clicking up.(Gob Smacked) or (Blown Away) . Oh forgot to mention the weather was rather nice too. Ciao. 🙃Nothing, apart from one grumpy shop owner .Put it down to them having a bad day wanted 5€ for a ice lolly worth 88cents so told him in Spanish where he could stick it , other than that, all the other shops and shop owners were fine keep your witts about you, it only takes one person to ruin it and tarnish every body else if you let it. SO dont let it.🙂

Comfortable apartments that were clean with all accessories you could need! There was an issue with an apartment on the first night and hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Staff on the front desk were lovely! I would definitely recommend these apartments, good location too. The main hotel is just around the corner where there is a nice bar area with decent priced drinks and pool snacks! Loved our stay!

Very nice, renowated apartments. Clean, comfortable with all you need in kitchen. But booking breakfast in hotel 3 min from this apartment is also super option. Good location for often trip to Palma

It will be good to add some mop in the room for water after taking a shower. There are no elevator, not alwys easy to go to 2nd or 3rd floor. Location is solid, 8 min from first beach, but we prefered second one and need cca 15min to go to the beach. Water on the beach was not so nice as in other places...
