Hotel was easy to get to and easy to hop back on the highway. Made it easy to get to Shenandoah NP. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower was large with good pressure. Breakfast changed daily which was nice and breakfast staff kept everything full. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.

Check in was an actual nightmare. There was an Indian gentleman checking myself (a woman) and my boyfriend in. He was so incredibly rude, disrespectful, and sexist to me. It was infuriating. My boyfriend knew nothing about our stay and he wasn't paying but the guy working would only acknowledge him and speak to him despite myself making it clear that I was the one with info/payment. Even at the end of our interaction he said "sir have a good stay". Absolutely uncalled for and disrespectful. From his interaction alone I almost canceled our stay. This place isn't the only hotel in the area and the gentleman needs to treat all customers with respect. There was also a lot of road noise being by a truck stop and highway. Elevator also wreaked of pot.

Terrible breakfast. Cold foods that were supposed to be hot. Slow refills on food.

Perfect location for us since we were visiting family in Bridgwater. Close enough to family, but also convenient to the main shopping area in Harrisonburg. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was a great surprise, with hot eggs, meat, potatoes every morning along with the usual cereals, muffins, and juices. Maria, the breakfast attendant, made sure everything was refilled and restocked. She cleaned every table immediately when guests got up to leave. Coffee and tea are also available all day. The indoor pool was clean and fun, although, as expected, felt a bit chilly. The room was very clean with choices to the softness of pillows and no "used" comforters on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Spacious refrigerator and small freezer compartment. Microwave.

The only complaint would be that we could hear large semi-trucks beginning around 6 in the morning. It would appear that many trucks turn onto Rt 11 after exiting the interstate. We probably will ask for a room on the back side of the hotel next time which hopefully will deaden the noise. We kept the fan blowing all night which made for nice white noise.

When we arrived to the hotel, there was plenty of parking space for us. We were warmly greeted by Raj. He was pleasant to speak with, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning Raj was at the check-in/check-out desk and again we had a pleasant conversation with him. He made our stay so much better with his pleasant and kind personality. We need more people like him in this world. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ventured out for a meal and enjoyed the quaint Diner right beside the hotel.

We got to breakfast a little later than planned and there were a few items that were not available at that time. However, we still had plenty of options to get a decent breakfast. It really wasn't anything that would cause us to give a bad review. The food we did have was hot and tasty.

It was a great location for us. We could get to everything we wanted to see within a hour no matter which direction we traveled. Very near places to eat, get gas,and shopping. We had a great room with a separate living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Didn’t like that our room wasn’t cleaned everyday. New towels were left in the room and trash can was emptied but our beds were only make up once during our 6 night stay.

Clean, & comfortable…

Check in even with reservations was a slow process….attendant left the desk to go check our room something about a note in the system….very odd…. Breakfast wasn’t that great….eggs were undercooked and the sausage was cold at 7am….attendant was kind of rude….snapping about closing lids and hovering with a wash rag impatiently waiting for me to get done fixing my coffee….We have stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Raddison other places and this pales in comparison

All wonderful, clean, nicely redone rooms and front desk people.

The attendant at the food bar was highly unprofessional. She peered over the guests as we served ourselves. In particular she grabbed my plate from the service area and told me to wait at my table until my toast was done. I believe she was trying to manage the flow of people however her pushy way was rude. It was really weird. I reported it to the front desk.

My wife and have stayed here multiple times. Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast! The location works well for our needs.

A few small improvement ideas would be to increase water pressure and install a hand towel rack so I don't have to leave it on the sink countertop,. Maybe a bed upgrade would be helpful.

The lady working breakfast buffet on 6/1/2025 was very rude. Actually yelled at someone for not closing the lid of steamer tray. Very inappropriate behavior with a full room of guests. She made the environment very uncomfortable for all of us. We left without finishing breakfast.

Breakfast was nice. Beds, linens, pillows were awesome!!!! We slept so well!! Shower - water was nice & warm; good water pressure. Pool was nice. Grandson left a really nice (favorite) T-shirt in the pool room. Staff found it & saved it for us. Gave it when we inquired.

There was several loud banging or stomping below us. Was a little unnerving, but thankfully didn’t continue all night. I think it was other people staying there. Not motel staff fault.
