Lenworth at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was ready upon check-in at 3:20pm. The room had 2 queen beds that were semi-comfy (a bit firmer than what we like), a refrigerator/freezer, microwave & coffee machine, a dresser and a bench to put our things on, a nice closet to hang clothes and a very updated modern bathroom. A/c was able to be set to our temperature liking & the shower was always hot. Pool/ spa area seemed nice but we never used them.

parking lot is too small. had to park across the street 2x. the receptacles in the bathroom didn't work in room 215. the blower dryer was found in the dresser drawer instead of being hung in the bathroom. there's 2 sets of steps to get down to the beach area which made getting the beach wagon, full of stuff, a bit problematic. I think an additional ADA ramp would be best. The pool had a strobe light effect at the night time hours - not sure what that was about, but it hurt my eyes to look at it.

I liked the staff. Always friendly and accomodating. I liked the location and easy access to the beach and that it was a pet friendly beach. The room was a decent size. It had a king bed and full bed and they were separated not next to each other. The refrigerator and stove top was nice, but you need to bring utensils and cookware if you plan to cook. This room was bigger than the one we had the first time we stayed there. The balcony and full ocean view was very nice. Also enjoy the fountains and firepit.

I am not a fan of the cloth upholstered headboards. We took a fitted sheet with us and placed it over and around the headboard. I thought the dresser could have been located outside of bathroom opposite the bath sink and that the little table and chairs would be better in the kitchen area as opposed to directly across from bathroom. The cushions on the dining chairs had stuck to the acrylic chairs and was a little sticky. We covered them with towels. Should also remove the feet from the TV since it was wall mounted and not sitting on dresser. The bed was on a platform, but it was squeaky. All esthetic things but being able to bring the dog makes it worth it. I do wish that we could bring him in a wagon/stroller to the pool area so he would not be left alone in the room.

The staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. The pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight for sure. Overall we had a fantastic time and loved our stay.

The rooms were a bit small. In my opinion the deluxe room isn't worth it. A bigger and better kitchenette would have actually been useful but the tiny kitchenette wasn't. I know making a full kitchenette would require more space but a simple upgrade to an even larger fridge and more space to sit. The hotel room we stayed in was made for 4 adults but only two chairs?! We ended up having coffee by the pool most mornings (which wasn't terrible). I would recommend splurging for an ocean front room with a balcony, they seemed to have more space. Also don't count on breakfast at this location. It would be considered a snack at best but at least there's something.

It was not perfect, but it was perfect for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, a kitchenette, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of pillows to choose from, and the bed was comfy. There is an elevator. It is pet friendly and family friendly. It has a nice salt water pool and a hot tub (no jets), a firepit area, and a lounging area. Easy access to the beach down a few steps. If you own a 4x4, there is an access point to the beach about a block away. It is close enough to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Staff did a good job keeping the outdoor areas clean and maintained. We did not visit the lobby for breakfast as Dunkin Donuts is right down the street. The parking area is sufficient and there is extra parking across the street.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Keep in mind that the area is still cleaning up and coming back from Hurricane Ian in 2022. If a few cracks in the ceiling or an occasional spot of rust bothers you, maybe Florida isn't the place to vacation.

Location right on the water. Pet Friendly😁 King room with balcony over looking pool and beach view was really nice.

Continental breakfast was very disappointing. Choice of yogurt, muffins, apples, or bananas every day, and OJ. Our King room was great but just a little on the small side. Pet friendly but charged $25 a day for our small dog

I loved the ground floor room. My husband and I walk with crutches so being close to the pool site worked better for me.

The hight of the bed made it difficult to get into for me because I'm short. The mattress was so uncomfortable. Our new daughter in law went out and bought me a mattress topper because the bed was way too hard.

Direct access to the beach! Perfect nice bonfire area great pool plenty of seating.

The room had a strange smell. Kinda moldy but they had an air purifier on which helped a lot. Saw two dead roaches. Parking is limited. Had to park across the street at 12 am in a deserted looking parking lot. Kinda scary. The ac in the room was half disconnected from the wall. The bathroom had a vent that did not work.

My room was steps from the beach and the pool. The pool area was well landscaped with a hot tub and fire pit. The entire property is kept very clean. The room was updated, and there was maid service. The beach was not crowded, and the sand was soft and fluffy.

The gasket on the fridge wasn't sealing, so it wasn't keeping food cold enough. Water was leaking on to the floor. The fridge needs to be repaired or replaced.

If you're looking to stay at the beach but away from the commercial environment this is the place to be.

Location advertised a continental breakfast. Actual breakfast was coffee muffins and one day orange juice. Location would benefit by adding a toaster some bread with butter for toasting and some jams bagels milk cereal to make it a true continental breakfast.

Rooms were comfortable, location was great. Close to everything. Will definitely need back. Room prices not bad at all.

Pet fee was a little to much, no place walk them other than across the street. Gate to beach is not secure and watched people come off the beach and swim in the pool. They were not guests.
