I was very delighted & surprised by how much I enjoyed my overnight stay at Baymont in East Ridge. Really, I can’t complain about anything! The new hotel was so quiet and with the location in the back & away from the highway really helped. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. More than enough towels for the single traveler. The big chair, the desk, mini fridge, microwave, clothes iron , ironing board, soap, shampoos, hair dryer, etc. were perfect. The air conditioner was great and 2 sets of window blinds kept the room dark. I also liked the 2 keyless entry cards. The wi-fi was terrific! Once entering the pass code I had my devices up & running without a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that once I entered the pass code I never needed to enter it again. Also the download speed was phenomenal! I can’t say enough about the staff at Baymont in East Ridge. Everyone I met was so friendly & professional. Also the breakfast was awesome! Coffee, juice, fruit, rolls, bread, muffins, serial, oatmeal, jams & jellies, everything you could want was available & nothing was left out. I was especially surprised to see two pancake hot plates!

At night the hotel had fun color changing lights on the exterior, the room itself was very clean, modern, smelled nice, good ac, hot tub was clean, good size. They provided lotion, soap, shampoo and CONDITIONER! Breakfast was pretty good. I made a waffle each morning. The staff was all nice. I felt safe at the hotel because there was no one loitering outside and all the side doors stayed locked. I was able to bring my dog with me and they even have a dog walking area with potty bags. And I was able to get late check out!

I think the hotel was a bit pricey. The tv in the room was not a smart tv and it had only a couple of channels on it. On our 2 day there an employ knocked on our door, another employ had to translate for me but he said that he is required to “check” each room every three days. This kind of freaked me out but turns out that just means freshen up your room with new towels and sheets and take the trash out. 2 of the jets in the hot tub did not work, but the others did. I also wish they had a pool.

For a budget hotel, this was a pretty good option, especially considering their daily rate. We'd be back. The staff was very nice (special shout-out to the cleaning crew), everything was clean, the workout room had good basic equipment, breakfast had good options.

There was nothing that would prevent us from staying there in the future. Just keep in mind this is a budget hotel with simple amenities (it feels old but recently refreshed). Location is good if you're driving but not walking.

The AC worked extremely well. There was plenty of grass for our dogs to walk around to go potty. I appreciate that there were two stations that offered poop bags. The breakfast options were pretty good for a continental breakfast. The room was clean and spacious.

There was no carpet in the room. So, one of my dogs was fearful to walk around. We had to put a comforter down for him to lay on. I prefer tile for the entryway into the room and carpet for the rest of the room. You have to go past another hotel to access this one. Thankfully, I had received a message from the hotel staff before I arrived to let me know.

Rooms were big and clean! Breakfast was decent. Water pressure could be better, but overall very comfortable. Noise level was low as I could not hear much from surrounding rooms through the walls which was a huge plus!

Hotel did not have record of my request for rooms to be close together. Rooms ended up being down the hall from each other, but everything else was great.

Very reasonably priced. Great for an overnight stop while traveling. Clean and comfortable. I would say nothing fancy just a clean place to stay the night while traveling down the road.

The placement of the hotel on its lot is a bit odd. We pulled into the backside first. There were no cars around and for a moment we wondered what we had booked. We realized we were on the back side and drove around to the front. All was good.

Breakfast was great with numerous options availablethe waffles were outstanding, and I appreciated the sugar-free syrup option..

My only complaint is that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were highly scented. As soon as I opened them, I knew not to use them. My sensitive nose was not happy. An unscented option would have been nice. I know this isn't really important to most people, but it is to me.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean except, I had to rinse out the bathtub before we used it. It had hair in it. The breakfast was good with hot foods of waffles, eggs and sausage.

Super comfy bed and the hot tub was worth every penny! And the breakfast was surprisingly good. Even used the workout room, also a simple but enjoyable experience.

The king bed was comfy, but the metal bedframe it was on was very loud and kind of annoying. Every time you rolled over it sounded like thunder going off..

Everyone on staff was pleasant and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles from all of them. Cleaning was going on constantly. This was the third time my husband and I stayed in this hotel.

The only thing was the water pressure. The shower was only a bit more than a trickle on some settings.
