Location, amenities, beach chairs and umbrella

I liked how quiet and close to the beach it was. A 2 minutes walk and we were there. the AC was great and beach towels, beach necessities, and more was included.

nothing. we enjoyed every bit of the property and our stay.

There is a building site across the road which didnt interfere with us but doesn’t look very appealing .it’s a hippie location lots of restaurants near by very close to the beach.

We weren’t very impressed with the location rather expensive for where it is . But saying that different strokes for different folks.

The two bedroom apartment was clean and an enough room for 3 to 4 people. It’s less than 2 very short block walk to beach. Good Restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Owners provided all the beach items needed, beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to transport everything to the beach.

Location was wonderful. It was two blocks from the beach and restaurants. It was also close to other places of interest such as Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg and more. The owners lived on site and were very helpful.

The apartment was accurately described as close to the beach and the intracoastal waterway. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were small but fit our needs. Balcony was private and tropical. We had assigned parking spaces just outside our door. The area was very walkable. Seriously delicious restaurants are just down the block. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cart were convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.

Hospitality was exceptional. Extra goodies provided for my dogs and things such as dog bowls in case I forgot. Even toothbrushes in case we forgot. It was clean and roomy for 3 people and 3 dogs. The town is quaint and quiet It’s right by the beach and a little trail to the docks on the bay side. Close to restaurants in walking distance.

This little gem was spacious and comfortable with lots of little homely extras. Communication was timely and instructive. The entry instructions were easy to follow. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay but we were more than happy to stay inside!!

It was possible to hear the beat of the live music from the nearby bar but not enough to disturb sleep.

Loved close it was to the beach and restaurants.

I really don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was very clean and my family felt safe.

Lovely gem located a short block from beach with easy access. Nice restaurants nearby. Very comfortable two bedrooms cottage with kitchen, bath, living area and nice view. Extra amenities such as a large basket of goodies to eat. Excellent selection of coffee and tea. Hand sanitizers and mask supplied and well as everything you need in the kitchen, except your own personal spices, etc. Laundry on site. Lovely beaches you can walk or drive to. Cart with chairs and umbrella supplied as well as a cooler with wheels. Wicker picnic basket. All included in your fee for you to use. We had planned to stay on Sanibel and consider ourselves very lucky to find this place. We hope to come back someday!
