The room had a wonderful comfortable big double bed, two besdide tables, lamps, TV on Wall with remote, great air con, double glazed window that blocked noise and slept soundly. Mini fridge with complimentary milk, water, biscuits, teas, coffees, jug, room service was offered, Study table and two chairs, big long mirror, open inbuilt wardrobe with hangers, iron, ironing board, big bathroom, great hot shower pressure, great ventilation, complimentary towels, hand towels, body wash, hair shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of parking offered and my car kept safe, Live band played Saturday night, The staff so friendly and food is amazing. Loved the Salmon, prawns, broccoli and had a scotch fillet the next night. All very yummy. Great social venue. Loved Caringbah and was an easy 20-30min slow walk to Cronulla. Trains and buses accross the road for easy public transport.

Nothing. usually I am someone who does not like enclosed air con rooms but this room was very comfortable and air con was not annoying.

I was only over to visit my daughter. She lives, works & studies locally. I didn't need or expect loads from my accommodation.. Nightcap at Caringbah far exceeded my expectations.. Huge & super comfy bed, large ensuite bathroom with excellent showerhead & pressure, amazingly friendly & helpful staff Room was super clean, bed very soft, tv was tuned to all dtv which was great, free wifi fantastic Downstairs pub had great live music, restaurant had a voucher for a nice meal, easy to find and park car safely. I have already recommended it to family members

It was comfortable and clean. The amenities were fantastic.

The long walk down the corridor and the noise from the pub downstairs, I was on top of the noise there is no sound barrier.

The separate rooms in the twin set up , and the great breakfast pack provided .The shared bathroom was new and the double glazed windows made it quiet while being right next to a busy road. We loved the meals in the hotel and the free drink gift. Such friendly staff.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal—close to everything you need. It’s perfect for young couples or solo travellers looking for a convenient and modern place to stay.

It’s not well suited for families, especially with a bar and casino on site. There was loud shouting and people running outside in the early hours (around 1–2am), which made it hard to sleep.

Relatively close to the airport which suited us. Secure premises and car parking was certainly acceptable although not totally secure. Lovely greeting and surprised that a bonus breakfast pack was available. Very considerate. Good bathroom and room. By Australian standards, very good value and ticked all boxes.

Bed was a bit soft but that is after getting used to hard mattresses for two months in Thailand.

Very tidy and clean, well stocked with supplies. Easy to park, looks newly renovated.

We were given 3 drink vouchers. We each got something on tap. One drink was 7$ and the other two came to $11.25, being charged $1.25 for a drink after being told we each get a free drink voucher for a beer or wine just left a sour taste in our mouths.

This was a surprisingly great spot to stay whilst i moved out of my rental. The fit of the rooms is lovely and the staff were very helpful. I was expecting lots of noise due to the pub downstairs but it was no bother at all.

It's close to the train station but you have to go around multiple crossings to get to it, it is also confusing where the check in is. But these are minor things really.

Heart of the shire, great value for money, great water pressure. We originally had a room where the aircon decided to die and as we told the staff, they moved us to another room with working aircon, got a few freebies (unexpected but greatly appreciated) the staff went above and beyond to apologise for the inconvenience. They’ve definitely got a repeat customer. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a great stay, comfortable bed and everything we needed for night out in nearby Cronulla. Staff were lovely and we liked the little extras like the breakfast pack and complimentary drink. Would definitely stay again. Was basic as you would expect at this price point but very clean and well presented.

We could hear someone snoring next door and step up to the bathroom was a bit of a challenge in the dark! Everything else was great and would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay for night out.
