Very new and clean. Excellent general and specific location. Juso is a great ‘Jumping off’ point for many day trips as well as 5 min train to Osaka.

Only odd thing was a lack of chairs or table. A low knee level table and traditional floor seat. Ok if you are used to sitting seiza as a routine but probably not true for most visitors. As I was there for a three week stay, went out and bought a folding camp chair for $15 at a local store. Have stayed at two other ‘staffless’ type places like this and neither were ‘ chair less’. However, apart from this, everything else was very well provided. Would stay again.

Staying at this apartment upgraded our experience in Osaka. It had everything we needed: spacious and clean, and offered nice amenities. We were able to use the laundry machine which definitely made our trip easier. The location was fantastic: we were right next to Juso station which connects very easily for any sort of day trip (we went to Kobe in under half an hour) and to the centre of Osaka. Moreover, the neighbourhood was not touristy at all and it offered many nice little restaurants/convenience stores. It felt like a very authentic experience.

A few minor improvements I would have to say: there were no hangers in the walls which was a bit unpractical for towels after showering and coats, and there were only five hangers in the closet so if you wash your clothes make sure to not wash too much because there isn’t much space to dry them. Also there is a table right next to the closet which is not very practical because it prevents from fully opening the closet doors.

The location is just next to the Juso station which is one station from osaka-umeda via Hankyu Line. It's a bit difficult if you travel with the big luggage and need to change the train line on the rush hour. there're a lot of local restaurant place that only locals go there. I don't meet much of the tourists here. I love how Donki is walking in distance. It's not that big as the main one in shinsaibashi but big enough to get all the popular souvenir. The most important thing is the room is a lot bigger than other hotel, unfortuanately the pillow is not comfy.

It's a bit silent at night around the area, wouldn't recommend for solo woman traveller.

The location was great, I enjoyed my stay. I loved the washing machine that had ready soap and clear instructions. The fridge was working perfect for people who love cold drinks like me.

I only wish the host would help share options for places to tour or services like massage since there was a day I was sooo exhausted and I asked the host but they had no answer for me. Plus it would be great to meet the host during the stay at least a day even though there's no reception. There wasn't extra garbage bags as well

Excellent check in instructions and directions. Modern, sunny and quiet unit with great detailed information on using all the facilities which includes a washing machine. Great location with short, 5 min walk to Juso Station which gives easy access to Kyoto, Kobe and surroundings.

Unit has a convertible bed couch not very comfortable as a couch and makes the small area even smaller and more difficult to utilize. Could use a table and two chairs to improve the comfort of sitting and also eating.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. The room, the view, the location. It had everything i needed and made my stay in osaka so much easier. The place was almost perfect. The park downstairs is amazing to relax in and there are shops nearby. The train starion is also very close.

I wouldn't call it not liking, but i'll mention some missing stuff here so you can be prepared if you choose this place. The room didn't have a dryer machine, and you either had to use the balcony, which wasn't that effective in the winter or the shower dryer, which was loud and an iron for the clothes wasn't in the room so you have to get one yourself

The hotel is very close to the Juso train station, a main hub from where you can get direct trains to the city center but also to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and other locations. The room was clean and we had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toothbrush. FYI, the washing machine does not have a dryer, but you can use the shower area as one, clever :) The area is very lively, but not loud. You get a variety of restaurants and bars, but also all kinds of supermarkets and shops. There is also a Shinto shrine right next to the building. We liked it so much we booked the same place again for our next Osaka trip in March,

Everything was great.

The location was perfect for all travel between Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe. It is less than a 3 minute walk from Juso station and Juso was full of amenities, shops, restaurants, and the like. It was perfect for a stay longer than a week

It got quite humid on some of the rainy days and it was a bit difficult to figure out how to optimally use the AC. The boiler should have two notices, as I didnt know how to work it from the bathroom alone.

Big spacious room, nice small kitchen with kettle and mugs etc. There is a balcony you can use to dry your clothes after using the washing machine. Bathtub was a plus. Everything was clean. Close to the subway.

No smart TV, no comfortable lights (only one big bright light on the ceiling), bed was a bit too hard, couch was too low and small for 2 people. A bit pricey considering we only stayed 2 nights.

An amazing location for food and entertainment, just a quick train ride to Umeda for travel anywhere around Osaka. The self check-in and check-out information provided was very thorough, I was also sent a video for guidance. The room itself has everything you need for a 3 to 12 day stay. Having the washing machine was invaluable. I loved having a balcony, I enjoyed standing on it and listening to the cicadas.

The room was fairly well cleaned, but there were a couple of long hairs (I have short hair) around the property and dust on surfaces.
