The breakfast was really nice especially the small Udon cups. The shower was small, but had a little window to the room, so that you could also use it as a little Karaoke box ;o). It´s in the city center, so there are many things to see in the area.

The room was really small and the bed was right next to the wall.

Truth is, I think this place is alot nicer in person than it shows in pictures. To the point we were both surprised when we entered the hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind, welcoming, and informative. The room itself was perfect for the night we needed there. Not the biggest but plenty for the two of us (and I am by no means a small man).

Great spot. Sauna and onsen really good. Breakfast curry smelt amazing but I didn’t catch it. Lots of good food around that’s not on google. Hit the gyoza izakiya around the corner in the mall as well as 2 good takoyaki spots and then there some great places over near the station which is less than 5 min walk. Ever dependable cocoichi and sukiya both also close by for your respective late night food and then post late night breakfast. 3 min train to Osaka/Umeda. A few hostess bars close by and a couple of colourful characters around at night but not too bad.

I was fine but it’s a “pink” area which is a mild red light area which may worry some people. my wife is Japanese and she thought it might be uncomfortable for some.

Great facilities and amenities. Loved the weird little shower window in the rooms 😉 Breakfast was a passable mix of japanese and western food and the cleanliness of the hotel and quickness of cleaning/replacing room amenities was great.

Hotel stay were very friendly & willing to help with a great attitude! They didn't charge us for helping us make a phone call to the lost & found at JR station while the APA chain in Tokyo that we went to afterwards would only help after an extra charge (1,000 yen to make a phone call for a taxi!)

Please be aware, NO TATTOOS allowed in the spa area. Very old school but if you are a foreigner with tattoos do not book this place if you plan to utilise the spa. I hope the hotel changes this out dated policy

we loved the area. close to the station, easy to get to Osaka proper. great coffee pod machines in room. loads of great places to eat in the little lanes that surrounded the hotel. And a bus stop right at the doorstep.

our room was a tight squeeze but we were ok with that.

The onsen was lovely, the bed and pillows were very comfortable (and they offer a variety of pillows if you dont like the one you have). Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.

Very clean and the amenities provided in the room are excellent.

The standard room is small but it’s fine for solo stay. It’s a bit tight for a couple.

The room is small with an unusual layout as when you go in the bathroom sink is in a hall way and then there is no room other than the 2 Beds. Also the breakfast they offer consists of curry and salad
