The place was really clean and well located with shops and station nearby. The hair dryer was really good and they also provided hair stylers, cleansing lotions etc. Highly recommended

Toilet paper was very thin and breakfast menu could have had a little more western offers. But these were very minor.

Location is a bit far from places like Dotonbori, but you can manage very easily with the metro as hotel is very close to Juso station.

Breakfast menus weren’t refilled regularly, even after one of the customer requested. So if hotel can take care of this, it’s a real nice hotel to stay.

Room is private an clean with all amenities. Breakfast is great and varieties but customer have to schedule time to have breakfast due to limit dining area. Free parking lot is available near hotel. Recommend for couple. Location is near from some adult hotels but it is private and do not noisy.

Hotel was a little hard to find. Breakfast options were limited but manageable.

No shoes allowed in the room made it feel like it ensured cleanlieness from the outside and reminded me of home. The amenities provided were very luxurious feeling with the skin cleaners and bath soaks.

Comfortable room with good amenities for skin caring, free on-site parking, smart TV, convenient stores and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very well located… few meters from Juso Station… the staff was amazing, the cleanness’s was perfect!!! I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay!!! Definitely will come back!!!

Clean, amazing breakfast lots of choice.

Comfortable but small room. Clean and functional bathroom with many nice little extras. Decent buffet breakfast, but the exactly the same for both mornings and with the same shortcomings as every hotel buffet breakfast everywhere in the world: some stuff is good, some stuff is weird, and some stuff is familiar but cold. Generally good value for the money, though, and the room was very quiet. We slept great.

A lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway was a turnoff.
