The hotel is very convenient as it is near the Juso station if you are going to Kyoto/Nara train line and the bus stop is just a minute walk. There are many convenient stores within the area and local shops for dine in too by foot. The staff even gave us a nice room with a very beautiful view. We appreciate the kind staff and a great breakfast during our stay. We will definitely book here again!

You have a convenience store near. The room was comfortable 😌. Some of the staff can speak English. Do make them repeat if they do not understand what your question or request is.

When you book a taxi with the staff, make sure to let them know of the time pickup. I asked for a taxi at 7.00 am so I could take the breakfast. The staff came to me while having breakfast at 6.45 to tell me to go because the taxi was already at the entrance. She even grabbed my tray to summon me to finish quickly. I didn't make a scene there knowing how embarrassing it could be, yet I work in the hotel industry (in a 4 stars), and it is definitely not professional to grab someone tray as you are still eating.

Good location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A little bit small, but this is standard in Japan. I was traveling alone and it was fine for 2 nights stay. The breakfast was also pretty good.

I first arrived at another location of the same hotel because booking.com was giving me that address. Be careful to check which hotel you are in and try to find it on google maps. The two hotels are close to each other and in walkable distance but I still did not like that there was no clear indication during booking.

The location is great, just 5 minutes from Hankyu Juso Station, which offers connections to Umeda (Osaka's central transit hub), Kyoto, and more. The room was clean, and a humidifier was provided. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. There is also a laundry room available.

There were limited options for breakfast, and the breakfast area was small. The room was also compact—I could barely open my luggage with ease.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, we got fresh towels everyday, the breakfast was diverse with great options, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was also great, close to restaurants, stores and Juso Station. We had a room on the 14th floor and the view of the city was amazing.

we booked 2 rooms but we got one with a very strong smell of a smoke /cigarette even if we opted for non smoking room. We asked to change but they said fully booked. It is nice but to transfer from main train line to the line going to Juso station which is near in this hotel could be too much after all the day walking

The clean and orderly living space. Particularly the showers were amazing. The water was steaming hot and the rain shower head was exactly what was needed after a full day.

It was amazing. Although due to the close proximity to the other Hankyu Juso Toyoko Inn Google Maps/Apple Maps fails to find the address when arranging taxi transportation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and fulfilled with necessary item. (Can get extra from lobby if not enough.) Authentic Japanese style breakfast available at lobby area every morning. Will definitely choose to stay this Toyoko Inn hotel again if traveling to other area also.

I think this is best stay that I had throughout my 13-day stay in Japan! The room is spacious for a solo traveller and its bathroom comes with a tub! So if you are looking for a soak, make sure to bring along some bamb bombs. The breakfast is nice and comes in different variety. I stayed here for 4 days and I got to try different dishes every morning. The staff is nice too. Not sure if this is their way of doing but the receptionist told me there will not be any housekeeping so I was told to place the used towels outside the room and the staff will replace them with clean one by hanging the bag on the door. I don't have any issue with that. The hotel is located at Juso area. The station is about 7-min walk away and the train ride to the city is about 10 mins. Most of the hotel guests are local salarymen and I didn't see much of tourists staying in this hotel.

Its was clean and great facilities. The breakfast team was very nice as one of the morning we were way past 9am which was the cut off time for breakfast but they were very nice to still welcome us to have breakfast as they were clearing the place. Very nice of them.
