We stayed at Hotel Plaza Osaka from April 25 to April 30. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka Station, making it easily accessible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Muniru and Mr. Park. We were comfortably seated in the Welcome Lounge and offered refreshing cold drinks while our check-in was finalized. Overall, the experience was delightful and incredibly relaxing. The breakfast provided a wonderful array of options, with the staff remaining attentive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and when we requested extra pillows, the response was prompt. The proximity of convenience stores such as Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart was particularly beneficial for our daughters, as it ensured that breakfast, snacks, and even occasional dinners were easily arranged. Mr. Park and Muniru maintained their attentive service from check-in to check-out, enhancing our stay. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its comfortable and spacious rooms—an uncommon find in Japan—but also for the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff. We look forward to visiting Osaka again and staying at this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Everything about the hotel I liked.

This is our second stay at the hotel. On this occasions, we stay 7 nights in a triple bed room type. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people. Hotel staffs are very kind - helpful and polite. Many variety of food for breakfast. We were surprised when Mr. Muniru (guest relation manager) inform us that we had chance to take photos using Japanese traditional clothing for free.

Hotel location is not too close to the closest metro station. They have onsen facility but we have to pay, it would be better if they provide it as complementary

We stayed there twice and both times were fantastic, from day one the staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially the concierge! The rooms could be considered a little older than other hotels, but they are fairly large and have good amenities within the room. It’s one stop from Osaka Central and every train stopped at Juso Station, so it made it very convenient to get around! The restaurants in the hotel are amazing and offer fantastic views of the City and a variety of cuisine options! Personally I lover buffet breakfast it was one of the best we had throughout our 28 days in Japan. Definitely will be staying there again the next time in Japan.

Hard to fault the hotel no real negatives, the rooms are a little older than some! Only other situation was that the hotel was always extremely busy everyday, and sometimes it was difficult to get a lift quickly especially around breakfast time, but it wasn’t a bad problem.

We stayed in Osaka for this one, and honestly, the location was perfect since it was super close to the terminal station, Juso station was easily accessible by walking and as well some street markets to visit and walk around in. The hotel felt more like a 5-star luxury hotel than a 3-star, to be honest. So really went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this place for those that want to stay in Osaka!

Communication for English, again I don't expect everyone to understand English over there. But I for sure hope that the staff there will continue to learn and improve their English as time goes on. I would also add that breakfast wasn't 'free' as stated in the booking.com website. And you needed to pay a fee of 1,600 yen per person for breakfast... so it was a little misleading..

We loved how spacious the room was, we stayed in the twin room, also loved the yukatas that theyve provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, location is great as it's close to a lot of the combinis, the shuttle was also great, a good way to get to the station or Dotonbori. The hotel has a gym, coin laundry and 4 restaurants, the lounge where you can dress up in traditional kimonos was a plus.

Nothing major here, but it is a bit far from Dotonbori, by bus it's about 25 mins.

The bedroom is spacious by Japanese standards, and we were given a room with a stunning view. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from Juso train station (Hankyu line), Don Quijote, various restaurants, and convenience stores, yet it remains quiet and serene.

It would be great if the hotel could offer flexible housekeeping services, allowing guests to request room cleaning in the afternoon to accommodate later sleepers and those with unconventional schedules.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and the city view is great as well. The hotel is large and has many staff members to help with anything. The bathrooms have great water pressure as well.

The location, although close to a train station, feels a little far from the action Osaka. The hotel is large but the amenities like pool and public bath had to be paid for which was unexpected. The bathrooms were a little small considering the rooms had a lot of space.

This place was insanely accommodating from check in to check out. The hotel has a variety of cool features, including gyms, dress-up areas and restaurants that we sadly weren't able to use this time, but looked impressively fancy. The gift shop with Osaka souvenirs on the ground floor was a nice touch, as were the helpful tips about local tourism areas and the nice tea served on arrival. The room was large enough for two, with a nice mini-fridge, table and chairs overlooking a window view of Osaka and enough space for two large suitcases and one small one. The shower pressure was good, the wifi was fine, and the location being so close to a train station was fantastic. The real stand outs were the lovely staff members who were professional and accommodating.

Attentive and friendly staff, location of hotel

Bathroom was a bit smelly. Did not like the toilet water running every time I sat on the toilet seat. The furniture was a bit old looking but everything was clean, and I did not mind this because of the friendliness of the staff. The only thing that really bothered me was the smell of the musty bathroom, and the fact that the toilet water would run when I sat on the toilet.

The location of the hotel was easy to navigate to. It was an a great neighbourhood and was close to many convenient stores and restaurants. The train station was only a 10 minutes walk away and that was one of the main reasons we chose this location.

The hotel pillows need to be cleaned or changed more often. The pillows we had had an odd scent to it, but used the flat sheet on the bed to cover so that we did not smell it through the night.
