Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above what we were expecting with wonderful staff who kept everything warm and full. The hotel was also quiet, which we greatly appreciated, and our king bed was more comfortable than our bed at home!

Our shower never got warm enough for us.

Not notified of construction upgrades until a day before I arrived giving me no time to change hotels. In addition, the maids woke us up talking and laughing early in the morning. And the first two rooms I was given could be opened simply by pushing on the door without a key. You could only lock the rooms from inside the room.

We weren’t able to stay because booking.com only booked us for one room — we needed two rooms for four people. My confirmation from booking.com said we had two rooms, but YOU only reserved one room from the hotel. And there were no rooms closeby. You failed us, won’t be using booking.com again!!!

I loved the room amenities, the warmth on the coldest day of the year and the speed/simplicity of check in and checkout. I am glad they use coffee makers and not the garbage producing pods. Finally, I liked that there was fruit at breakfast as well. The General Manager, Pavel, was extremely helpful and polite despite having to work between two hotels. He and his team deserve a lot of praise.

I want these chains to stop using plastic and styrofoam for breakfast, be more eco-friendly. This is not the local management's problem, it's Marriott. Also, the computer in the lobby seems to be for show. The computer is on but does not actually connect to the internet. I actually needed to print something bit it was impossible. The General Manager had to print it for me but at the OTHER hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and location was perfect for our day trip to Morton arboretum and good restaurants in the evening. We chose VAI’s a short distance from the hotel and were not disappointed. Overall, a very nice stop off in Naperville.

Easy access and centrally located for the Naperville area. Room was quite comfortable for 2 nights. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was not cleaned during my 2 night stay. Just needed coffee items replenished. Also needs USB outlets.

Excellent staff! Very helpful when we needed help with extending our stay . Our tv did not work and it was fixed immediately. The breakfast was excellent with quality food choices and a lot of variety.

The Fairfield Inn in Naperville was exactly want we needed and was as advertised with everything we wanted to do. Our stay was for four nights and overall it was comfortable, quiet and secure. The only thing it did not have available was the pool but this was remedied with the pool available to patrons right across the parking lot with their sister property. The hot breakfast had everything we expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, milk, hot coffee, muffins and much more. Every morning it was not crowded and there was plenty of food. The breakfast bitems were continuously being stocked. Nothing ran out! The price per night was reasonable and one of the best prices in the area. We were very satisfied with the front staff and everyone working there. They answered all our questions and even helped us with freezing our ice packs! We reserved the King Executive Suite and it had plenty of room for the three of us. The King bed was comfortable anf the sofa pullout was roomy. Although the highway was close to us the noise was not a factor. The room was clean, maintained, and modern. No major problems with curtains, bathroom or electronics. Highly recommend this hotel and when we come back around the Chicagoland area we will definitely stay here again.

The pool was not available on property however they offered the pool at their sister property across the parking lot. Minor hiccup but easily resolved.

The breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, pancakes, cold cereal, and fruit. It was very good. The room was clean and quiet with a modern looking bathroom.

The location was easily accessible to downtown. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will stay again on my next visir.
