Customer service was great. When I had an issue they were very friendly and helped right away. I really loved how friendly they all were and willing to help

The beds were squeaky. I don’t think the hotel can control that but it made it hard to sleep

The 3 days we stayed the lady that worked for the morning breakfast had a mad face the whole time someone would arrive, even though there were still 2 hours left till breakfast ended. Also, the next day when there was still an hour and a half till the breakfast ended, there were several foods gone such as eggs, cereal, milk and she refused to put out more. There was even frozen sausage that my 8 yr old put on his plate but spit it out once he realized he couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing!

Bed was too hard. Left with a bad backache. Lady taking care of the breakfast area was cranky. Some guests got the sausage and eggs from the chaffing buffet and left the lid open. She came out and growled..I don't know why you can't shut the lid. The next morning she grumbled about guests that left cups out and having to clean the counter. This was not under her breath, but loud enough for guests to hear.

Proximity to the casino and stores. The size of the room was nice. Good water pressure.

The breakfast was disappointing, we could hear everyone running around, not sound proofed very well. The parking lot was like an ice skating rink and there weren't enough parking spots due to the restaurant being busy and all the snow piled up in parking spots instead of being removed.

Never slept so well in my life. The bed and pillows were excellent ! The hot tub and pool area were superb and were open 18 hours.

A little hard to find. The city of Red Wing need to allow this hotel to have more signage.

Nice room, nice facility, nice staff. Nice location near bike trails. We came to breakfast just before it ended, and we saw how all the staff got to eat breakfast after the guest breakfast ended. Treating the staff that way was impressive.

Housekeeping could have been better/more often. We had to ask for them to clean the bathroom and empty the wastebaskets.

How nice the staff was, super attentive! The front desk even called up to the room about 10 minutes after we checked in to be sure our room was what we expected. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and over all stay was awesome!

My only complaint was that there were a couple vehicles parked in the handicap spots that didn't have handicap stickers at all. The parking lot was full by the hotel so we had to park in the restaurant parking lot and walk over even though my husband is handicap.

I liked everything . The only thing was that there was a zip lock bag in the mini refrigerator that was left there by someone else so we just took it out and threw it away ourselves. Also very convenient to get to TI casino.

Staff was exceptional. It was New Year’s Eve and we got in last minute. It was not too loud. They were fantastic.
