Was clean and the bed was actually comfortable nothing fancy but comfortable

The pool would have been nice but was ok without it

Check in was nice and easy the person who helped us was friendly and was nice enough to let us check in an hour early

The air conditioner was noisy and it blew air directly at my head. coffee was not ready at breakfast time.

The bed was very comfortable. We liked the location of where it is. And when my husband found someone about the cable in our room, it didn't take long for someone to come. Plus the couch was comfortable.

There was still blood on my toilet when we got to our room . And at 1st our cable wasn't working

Quiet room and comfortable beds. Good parking. AC worked good. Location was good for us.

They Never cleaned room or made beds in the 5 days we were there. We had to go get our own towels and take out our own trash. I guess this is the way it is now. Breakfast was only packaged rolls and coffee. WiFi was awful and you needed to log in Every time you used it. That was annoying. Very limited staff. Toilet sort of worked but it was ancient!

The yogurt redeemed you! How about a filtered water tap—not hot or cold, just filtered.

The shower tap was scalding and the plug was in the drain. I thought I had burned my feet! Lifting it part way with low water pressure made for warm water without much flow. The hot water heater is way too high for safety! The hot water tap just trickled in breakfast area. The coffee was not good. Packaged processed pastries are not food. The pool and jacuzzi were out of order, which was why we picked you. Very disappointing.
