The location is excellent, being only five minutes away from Mayo Hospital. The same gentlemen checked me both times I stayed here and was friendly. The rooms and hotel are clean.

I had a room on the first floor that had a bonus door to the outside with a little sitting area. I went to sit out there, and my key was deactivated, so I could not get back into my room. I went to the front desk, and the gentleman told me that if I went out that door, my key would deactivate, and I couldn't go back that way. I had already put the chain on the front door but, luckily, was able to slip my hand through and lift it so I could get back into my room. I went into panic mode because all my stuff was in there, and he made it seem like there was no way back in the room. I think it would be helpful to put a sign on those doors so that people know these things and inform people in advance when they check into those rooms.

breakfast was lovely. Room clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Nice to have fridge and microwave.

We had a problem with toilet at the end of the visit - didn't want to flush. Tried a plunger, but needed some extra help. We were nearly ready to leave, so not a huge problem. A chain on door would have been good.

The updates were modern and clean. Usually there's old carpet this was the wood plank looking floor much cleaner. No weird smells.

The road is going thru construction. But there's nothing they can do about that. Hotntub jets were not very good. But the deep tub was great and pretty too

The room was big, the beds were comfortable

A bad Smell in the hallways, almost like too much carpet sprinkles or something I can't think of what it was but it was but it didn't go away. The bedroom is fine. Also most leading on the pictures showed the pool going outside but they took that part out,

It was very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable, which is unusual for me. There’s a little outside patio, which was lovely to sit with morning coffee The breakfast was good, plenty of choices for a free breakfast.

It was very humid in the room so everything felt damp. There was a dehumidifier in the hallway but there should have been more.

The hotel management was friendly. The room was clean and bright. The continental breakfast was good and there was a nice assortment of food.

Nobodies fault, but the entryway, pool area and hallway being painted at the time of our visit. The pool water could have been warmer.

The breakfast included fruit (apples and bananas), yogurt, scrambled eggs, bread, bagels, muffins, sausage, a few cold cereals, and a pancake maker. The pancake maker was fun. There was a toaster, coffee, and a juice dispenser. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels (3 sets).

There were no teabags or hot water for tea. None in the breakfast area or in the rooms. The juice in the breakfast area was watery. The hallway doors have enough of a gap at the bottom that you can hear any conversation or noise in the hallway near your room.

Breakfast well done. Room easily accessible to parking lot. Room clean and comfortable.

Key card could easily be used to open other doors if not closed tightly. Had family member open our door using their key card! Sons room had toad/frog in his room!

Great stop. Good location. Pool was wonderful and we had it all to ourselves. Comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast. Kids especially enjoyed the pancakes.
