We tour by car and secure parking is a bonus, parking here (for a charge), was very good. Although a good walk from the city centre, there are a number of excellent restaurants nearby and the staff were happy to recommend them. The cleaners were friendly, diligent and helpful, as were all the staff. Breakfast was what you would expect and this kind of hotel.

Nothing really but, being English, we do enjoy a cup of tea in our room and we would have appreciated some sachets of milk being available.

Beautiful room, seemingly very recently renovated, and quite big for Italian standards. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced! Easily accessible by car - no traffic jams at rush hours, but still just a nice short walk from the historic city centre.

Not the best parking, underground garage closed due to construction work. Poor internal sound insulation, noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was a bit disturbing at times.

Staff always available. The room itself was much better than I'd expected it to be, in truth. Very good value for money here.

The only real "negative" was the small selection of breakfast items available, but this won't stop me from staying at the hotel a second time! Some of the other guests were quite loud, but this wasn't exactly a fault of the hotel

The hotel structure is modern, and our room was quiet, spacious, nicely equipped, and super clean. Free on-site parking. Buffet-style breakfast with a decent spread in a pleasant room on the first floor. A special shout-out to the lady at the reception whom I called to advise of our late arrival (2am). She had informed the night staff and we were able to check in smoothly.

Parking in front of the hotel was full, so we followed the signs for a parking lot behind the hotel. From the signs it seemed like there was a back entrance, but we couldn’t find any so had to shlep our luggage on a cobble-stoned path to the main entrance (a bit eerie at night). The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, but we got a different one within 2 minutes.

Breakfast included with good choice in large modern dining room. 15 minute walk to ring road, 25 mins to centre. Buses outside, train station nearby. Friendly bilingual staff. no ramps from car park to hotel at rear so struggle with suitcases. Hotel bar not appealing for drinks, no restaurant serving evening meals despite having excellent dining room. Television noise at breakfast, not really necessary, intrusive. No balcony on rooms, would be useful at back of hotel is very sunny. In secondary retail area on outskirts of city so little tourist interest around area.

Really clean, easy to get to and only a 20 min walk to the centre.

The hotel room was warm, so we had to open a window and you could hear the outside road noise but it was fine, it wasn’t summer so I didn’t expect them to turn the AC on, but it was on at night. It just so happened to be a warmer than usual day.

The value for money of this hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff friendly with a very good breakfast. There is also a bus into town across the street. Otherwise it is a 20 minute walk.

If you opened your windows, there was traffic noise.

The hotel was clean and the staff attentive. The refurbishment has been done to a high standard throughout. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

Shower was a little tight to manoeuvre in (mind I am 6' 4"). The air con didn't seem to work so got a bit warm at night, though not overbearing. Location is a little out from the centre but it was only 20-25 minute walk to the centre and was well connected with frequent buses to the centre and train station so didn't affect us much.

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet area. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Easy to get to from train station (1 bus ride). Nothing bad to say about the place. The young lady upon arrival very nice and helpful!!

Very comfortable bed. Receptionists were really professional and friendly. Easy parking in garage . About 25 minutes walk to old city.

Everything was ok, I just missed one more chair.
