The location is good, the station is near the hostel. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, big parking. Shower gel and soap, dry wipes, hairdryer can be taken on reception. Clean enough

Cleaners come to your room while you are absent and change the trash bin, was surprised

I really liked the location, the room was clean with a small kitchen inside, we were 6 persons and each one of us very loved staying here. Price was low also. Extra plus was our beds, they were soooo comfy and cozy :) The water in shower was also really warm.

It was really cold in our apartment. It was the end of May, but the weather outside was 12 degrees, and the heating in apartment was not working :( Another thing is that in the shower cubicle had a very bad drain.

The staff were super friendly. We had a slight hiccup in that our assigned room hadn’t been cleaned but they redirected us to a new room when we pointed that out. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed and good wifi. The location was good. The hotel is an easy 5-10 min walk to the train station which was super quick for getting to/from the airport. Also close to the metro and tram - the train took about 10 mins into Amsterdam Central and runs frequently so it was easy to get to everything.

Lots of kids/families in the rooms adjacent to ours that were very noisy at odd hours in the morning Would have appreciated a hairdryer

The staff was gentle and thoughtful. The hotel is near the second most important train/ bus station, the Sloterdijk station. So, though it's not in the central area, it's easy to reach the main touristical spots, as well as the airport. I'm not a fan of hostels, but the cost-benefit was worthy, since hotels in Amsterdan are insanely expensive. I got a private room, what may work as a good "in-between" option. Both room and bathroom were pristinely clean! The security of the building, of the aisles and of the rooms was also remarkable.

The room walls are very thin, so you can hear the guestes next door. I had kind of a hard time on the second night because I could hear a couple doing it. It was a good thing that I had my ear plugs, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Whoever reads this note, don't take it bad: I still think the hostel was worthy, I would just recommend you to take ear plugs with you...

The hotel was less than 10mins from a train station and bus/tram stop and less than 15mins to Amsterdam Central station. I stayed in a single room and it was really spacious with a big toilet and shower, super clean, and had all the basic things I could need for a few days stay. The fridge was just the right size and i appreciate that it's a proper fridge with freezer and not a mini bar that doesn't actually go cold. The microwave was multifunctional with oven/grill functions for pizzas etc. They provide coffee and tea too. Towels changed every day. And there is a hair dryer. The room is warm and also has a window I opened for some air. The staff in reception were all very nice and friendly. Thank you again for the lovely lady in reception on the day I checked out, she helped me out when I left something in my room. She also gave me a nice little magnet souvenir.

The bed is little but too firm for me.. but the pillows are nice and soft. They didn't provide a hand towel or floor mat but they gave another bath towel the next day so I just used that extra towel. The only real thing to mention I think is that other people could really slam the doors so hard that it woke me up every morning. You could also hear conversations or people loud on the phone from the hallway. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely come back... With some earplugs :)

Great value. The price is good for the city and the room was nice and wide. The location is reasonably convenient (just 5 mins from Sloterdijk station, the only annoyance is that the train is not included in the GMV ticket, but there is a slow bus to get you to Centraal Station). Very nice to have complimentary coffee machine. Overall was a pleasant stay. And the cat sleeping at the reception cheers you up every time you pass by :)

The bathroom has a serious design flaw: despite the space available in the room, the sink is right on top of the WC, making it very inconvenient to sit. Walls are also a bit thin, so you might hear some noise from other rooms. The kitchenette is very very basic, missing some silverware (not even a pair of every item), and room service a bit "lazy?". They almost never made up the bed. But all in all just minor things. We enjoyed our time there.

I stayed here for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very close to the train station, which made getting around really convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.

The room itself was decent for the price, although not very spacious. It was a bit tight for two people with large luggage—we couldn’t open all our bags at the same time. My main issue was the lighting in the room. Even with all the lights switched on, the room felt quite dim at night, which made it less comfortable in the evenings. Still, for a short stay and given the reasonable pricing, it was an acceptable option. Just be aware of the lighting and space limitations if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

Loved the room it had a nice kitchenette with everything you need to warm up a meal or make breakfast in the morning. Bed was really comfortable and the bunkbeds for the kids very handy. Small bathroom but efficient we stayed 1 night to visit Amsterdam. The free parking is why we booked the hotel. There are restaurants around and within 5 minutes walk you are at Amsterdam Sloterdijk which is again only 5 minutes by train. This hotel is more a hostel with a family room option but that was what we expected so it was great value for money!

Nothing we would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The price-performance ratio was absolutely fair, and the location is a great alternative to staying directly in the city center. It’s just a short ride into town, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We paid €35 per person for a 3-day ticket, which was very convenient. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had some great conversations and got really helpful tips for our stay. The staff in general were very open and warm, and we even received a small welcome gift, which was a really nice touch! The room looked just like in the pictures, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Housekeeping did a great job, and it was clear that proper cleaning equipment was used. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

At first it looks more like a hostel than a hotel, but of a much better quality. And the welcome you get is sooo nice. People running it make you smile and provide all help and info you need. Our room and separate bathroom (just opposite to the room) were spacious enough and cleaned. We had 3 bunk beds in our room, with super comfortable mattresses, sheets and towels provided were clean, there was a coffee machine with coffee, also tea, sugar and creamer. Wifi was good. No breakfast, but there's a nice cafe just around the corner. I expected it to be a noisy place, after reading previous comments. Surprisingly, it wasn't that much. The whole place has a graffitti/chillout vibe and is a good place to stay a few nights. Very easy to get to airport, city centre (trains, trams) and other cities.

There's only one light in the room, and the only switch is near the door. Shower drained slowly.
