Lovely guest house in beautiful surroundings. Staff very helpful, facilities were great and spotless. Although we booked 3 double rooms we was given a family room which was very well equipped, it also had a door straight into the garden an added bonus which would be great in summer. The other 2 couples with us had smaller more basic rooms but were adequate for our one night stay. A good choice of breakfast was included with forms available to fill in your choices the night before, the food was well cooked and presented and of good quality (apart from the croissants 😆). The dining room was airy and pleasantly with plenty of room. Outside there was seating areas and an enclosed garden, ideal for the warmer months. Plenty of free parking. A jewel of a place and when we are visiting family again we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, useful facilities like the fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was a good size, wet room was clean and did the job. Plenty of towels and shower was good. Lots of plug sockets available.

I was in room 6, right next to the door to reception. This banged very loudly whenever anyone went through. It wasn't particularly a problem for me as I was shattered so slept well, but is something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Would have been useful to have a clearer link to the wifi code (if there is one) but booklet of info in the room was useful.

Everything about the property and location is excellent. Tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes to Norwich City Centre for work. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and so glad I am back here in a weeks time for another work trip , looking forward to another great stay. Michaela who booked me in was very accommodating and friendly. So helpful and ensured everything was to my liking with room before I was checked in . The breakfast in the morning is freshly cooked by Carol and sets you up for the day. Overall one of the best stays I have had in the UK and a real gem if you like quiet yet convenient accommodation .

We can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and microwave which came in handy. All staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was varied, delicious and cooked to order. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day. The grounds are spacious, with outdoor areas and off road parking. Church Farm is in a quiet area not far from Norwich but also not far from many other places of interest so ideal as a base.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and the porridge was delicious ...and great coffee too!. Michaela ..the perfect host.. she rang me the day before our stay regarding the severity of my mushroom allergy... and decided to take mushrooms off the menu completely for the time we stayed to save ANY cross contamination at all. Now that's what I call brilliant service with attention to detail!!.

Nothing really, other than possibly a hand rail to help in the wet room shower we had requested ....just a thought....but no big deal.

Second stay in the last few weeks. Nice to go away for work knowing the location of your stay for 5 nights is a place that is line a second home. Everything as the previous visit two weeks before. Great staff, cracking breakfast cooked to order and the room allocated was same as first trip so could not ask for more. Location is peaceful and everything you want in the village. Michaela, Carol and Jaqueline cannot do enough for you and I will be booking again when I go to Norwich area.

Quiet rural location on the outskirts of Horsfield. Spacious super clean room s with mini kitchen incuding a fridge and microwave. Family room had adjoining but separate twin bed room and double bed room with kitchen. Ideal for the wedding celebration we were attending in the Village Hall. Staff at Church Farm went above and beyond to be helpful. Lovely spacious grounds for children to explore. Plenty of offroad car parking.Would happily have stayed for longer!

Weak water pressure makes for a sad shower, this is the biggest drawback IMO. Small things I noticed - room facilities not always consistent. Eg. one time I got a bottle of water which is good because the full size kettle doesn’t fit into the small sink easily to fill it. Some rooms have a chair to sit at the desk, another I stayed in didn’t have one.

The room I was in was amazing, considering this was a guest house I was very impressed, Michela went out of her way to ensure everything was to your liking, the room had a fridge & microwave of which was very very handy for myself, TV was of a good size, Tea & coffee topped up everyday, room cleaned everyday, all in all great place to stay, the breakfast, wow it was excellent, great choice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, scrambled egg, poached egg, on the cooked breakfast the sausages are brill...recommended.

Wonderfully friendly staff, excellent breakfast, super clean and comfortable.

I had read a couple of previous reviews which mentioned the light seeping in from the car park at night. I assumed that this issue would have been dealt with as the reviews were some time ago. However, if you are in a room next to the car park it is not possible to get the room dark enough to sleep properly. It seems extraordinary that this is still the case when there have been previous complaints. I cannot understand why they don’t fit a motion sensor light so at least it’s not on all the time. Alternatively, fitting black out curtains would be helpful. Also a previous review mentioned the overpowering smell of the sheets. I also felt that the smell was rather too strong although the rooms are beautifully clean.
