Room was spacious clean and comfortable location was excellent for the Brickmakers venue 5 min drive -tea, coffee facilities and hairdryer in room

Didn't like there was no food- yes we were aware that breakfast was not provided but it let's the otherwise great value for money accommodation down - even to provide croissants/ cereal and milk would be an acceptable alternative to nothing- checkout 10AM was a little early and would have preferred an extra hour in bed as travelled for a gig so out late

The inn was warm and welcoming. Lots of car parking spaces. The room was spacious, and we appreciated being located at the rear, but there was no late night noise to worry about. A comprehensive run down was given when we arrived. Comfortable bed and a couch and chair in the room. Locals told us the food is good. There is a lovely large outdoor space with seating.

Bedrooms really nice, clean and beds really comfortable. Despite some locals saying pub used to be known as “rough” we found it really friendly and not noisy or loud. The landlord really friendly and helpful

Only criticism is that would be nice to be able to get coffee and food, even just sandwiches. We still would be happy to go back

Lovely huge room and the bar down stairs was really nice too with a beautiful beer garden, we loved the personal entrance/exit round the back.

Beds were a bit too soft. Shame there is no food options with such a big bar and gardens. Would have been great to have the option, however, this has not put us off staying again.

Friendly hosts, daily room service if wanted, comfortable beds and seating area, and a luxury for us a bath, soothing after a day of walking. Amenities close by as no food served on site.

A small drinks fridge or plug in cool box would be useful. Perhaps on request if not permanent.

Easy to find. Large car park. Josh who checked me in was lovely and explained everything. Large light room. Comfortable bed and soft white towels. Large powerful shower. Toiletries lovely.

The loo is a macerator one I think so a weak flush. The loo roll really was the thinnest I have ever seen. Definitely need to upgrade that. Having no staff overnight made me feel a bit vunerable. Be aware no food served.

The room was spacious and well maintained with plenty of electric power sockets, a tv, free wi-fi, coffe and tea making facilities, and an hairdrier. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water, the toilet clean. The bed was comfy with clean linen. We were supposed to stay only one night, but we changed plans and stayed an extra night. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back there again. Free parking.

It was easy to find. Clean rooms with tea and coffee with a kettle . The bathroom had a huge bath and a shower over . The water was hot, and they supplied both towels and shower gel . You are able to come and go at will with your own key for a separate entrance from through the pub . Car parking was ample and the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again .

Huge clean room, friendly casual, fun staff. Loads of parking. Nice pint of Doombar as well. It is above a pub so there may be usual pub noise.

Unfortunately the TV was on the fritz for the three nights I was there and the shower pole was busted that holds the shower head, however I did manage to semi fix it and forgot to report it so can't really complain about that. Overall a really nice comfy stay, just glad I remembered my reading glasses.

2 nights spent in a lovely big room. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom shower was very good. Highly recommended.
