Very spacious, lovely location looking out at the mountains and well equipped. We were pleased we chose to stay here rather than in Queenstown as it is quieter, much better value and the small town of Arrowtown is charming. Lots of positive features regarding the property, e. g patio furniture with an umbrella for warm sunny days and a lawned area, large garage with electric doors (and it was carpeted), nicely equipped kitchen, good washing machine and dryer, 2nd toilet, DVDs and books, so a good value offer.

It doesn't have air con so if the weather was very hot, it might be an issue, but that wasn't a problem for us

This is an awesome accommodation option! We were booked in for 2 nights, but could easily have stayed for weeks - the unit was that spacious and comfortable! There was good storage all around, and a whole lot of extras that make this option so suitable for a long term stay - washing machine and dryer, coffee maker (and plunger), dishwasher, sun-soaked rooms, gas fireplace - I could go on. The location is extremely quiet, but is still just a short distance from Arrowtown's central area, bike trails, and walking tracks. Another great thing was the availability of an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, and a small gym just a short walk down the road. We can't wait to stay here again when we are next in Arrowtown!!!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children. Lovely and warm with heating in bedrooms and a gas fire in living area. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and an outdoor patio area. Stunning scenery all around and just over the hill to Arrowtown, Millbrook across the road and 20 minutes to Frankton shopping complex and Queenstown airport. The gym and heated lap pool a real bonus for us all.

Was expensive but well worth it for our special time with family from overseas.

What a wonderful location, very beautiful and cozy too, when we arrived the heating was on and everything was clean, great modern kitchen, like the huge bench tops and gas fire place. There are so many walks around the area, we even walked into the main town past the Chinese historic village and there is a hill nearby that you can climb up to get a great view of the area (it's amazing at night). My wife used the pool which is a good size for swimming and having a garage to park the car was a nice bonus.

A few of the doors are squeaky which may wake someone if you get up in the night but other than that it was a really nice place.

If you are wanting to get away from the daily grind, this is the perfect place for you! And if you have a young adult in tow, he/she will love the idea of having an entire top floor to themselves, perfection is how we rate this property, truly a home away from home it has everything, honestly nothing has been missed.

It was interesting to find that there wasn't air-con because it was so hot however the area is safe and so the windows could be left open.

Excellent location for an Arrowtown stay. You were out in the countryside but it was possible to walk into the main shopping area from the accommodation.

The only niggle was the upstairs shower, which was over the bath and the design of it made it impossible to keep the bathroom dry.

Lovely apartment in a very quiet estate. Has all the amenities we needed and was very clean. Close to some excellent trails in Arrowtown so we loved the location. Easy 20 min drive into Queenstown.

It got very hot in the rooms upstairs. However, the owner provided a fan after we asked for it.

The apartment was very modern, clean and well maintained , had everything that you needed like home. Facilities were great, heated floors , fireplace, portable heaters were ideal as it was really cold. Extra bedding, towels as required. Laundry facilities , so much to offer. Great location in Arrowtown , very quiet and peaceful.

Even before we arrived we were being communicated with, on arrival to the apartments our expectations were just exceeded. The location was great, the amenities were perfect and the facilities were extremely clean and amazing. It had everything we needed as a family and more. The comfort and quality was one the best we have had and we have stayed in alot of places. The garage was a welcoming sight especially with our rental vehicle, having a washer and dryer and tub was handy for our lot. The 2 and half bathrooms was a luxury. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the beds were a welcome comfort to return back to from a days activities and the rooms were large with extremely roomy wardrobes. The kitchen amenities were perfect and easy to use, the entertainment system kept everyone busy and having the gas fireplace was great to have on when it got a little chilly and for us to watch movies and have a nice relaxing drink. The views from every window was magical and the street was so quiet . Really handy location to Millbrook and a short drive to Queenstown. The information provided gave great ideas for visitors like us to the town. We felt well looked after by our hosts. Definitely a strong recommendation from our family.

The property was perfect. Clean and tidy with everything you needed. Nice quiet location and a generous amount of space for all. Scott was very attentive and accommodating. He ensured we had everything we needed.
