I like the option to have two double beds in a room to provide more options to a family. The ski store room provides a very good facility to us to dry our gears overnight and we don’t need to take them to our room. I am very appreciative to have dry gear to wear every day. The location is perfect and convenient.

The beds are too soft. Since I am the snowboarder. I exercise a lot while I was stay in the queens town. The bed was too soft to have a good sleep. I am the return customer. I remember the bed was not that soft last year. It makes me wonder if I can ask the hotel if I can the harder beds while I stay in Sudima.

It was very clean, spacious and warm, the staff were freindly,helpfull and very accommodating They even gave us a baby bath when we booked a room with a infant, and made sure to give us connecting rooms due to it being a large group who booked

The check in process was slow and a bit confusing with a surprise bond we had to pay, we weren't able to get the chromecast to work on the tv unfortunately There was also a fire alarm that went off but they gave us a restaurant credit to use in compensation Locating the hotel was also difficult due to there being minimal signage from the road

I like coming back from our long road trip and opening the room door and seeing the room is cleaned and beds are done, Beds are comfortable to just drop our body and relax. Staff are all friendly and helpful with a smile. Easy fast check in and check out. Love how every shop was closed by and we can walk around the five mile shopping complex. It was a pleasant stay. Will stay there again in future

The tv needs upgrading. My daughter wanted to watch Netflix but it wasn't available. Even though the chrome cast was available, I had to connect to my phone for her.

Soo close to shopping and countdown which was ideal for our family travelling. Bus stop to town centre is located right outside the front which makes getting to and from, super convenient and only cost $2 per adult with bee card. Huge plus is also the café “Billy’s” in the front is also super great! Location was great for us, we didn’t mind the short bus trip into town at all! The big window view of the mountain was beautiful and the airport next door was not loud like I expected. The room was lovely had enough space for our family of 4 (5yo & 10 month old)The reception staff when I checked in was super kind and welcoming, tried her best to have the room ready for us but there were delays with housekeeping.

One thing that brings this place down a bit is the cleaning! It was a bit slow and not super thorough. Not terrible but room for improvement in that aspect. Also the breakfast wasn’t amazing, I’d recommend sleeping in and eating breakfast and coffees at Billy’s right outside.

This is my second time staying at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile, and once again, everything was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Room service was exceptional. We ordered the chicken burger and brownie, and both were absolutely delicious; huge compliments to the Chef from Podium! You can really taste the care and quality in the food. Thank you again, Sudima team, for another wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back! 🌟

I celebrated my birthday week with a trip from Wellington to Queenstown with my partner, and our stay at Sudima Queenstown made it even more special! When we arrived, Derrick at the front desk warmly welcomed us and let us know we could check in earlier than scheduled. After providing our IDs, he surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from an Alpine View King room to a Remarkables View King room, waking up to that stunning mountain view was incredible! To top it all off, we walked into our room to find a thoughtful birthday treat and a heartfelt handwritten note from the Sudima Queenstown team. It was such a sweet and personal touch that made my first Queenstown trip and birthday unforgettable. A huge thank you to the Sudima Queenstown team for the amazing hospitality! I can’t wait to visit again, definitely staying here next time! Note: I love how accessible everything is from the hotel, whether it’s grocery shopping, electronics or clothes shopping, it’s all just a short walk away, barely even a block!!

There's nothing to complain about, everything here was awesome.

*Great service and staff, providing things requested quickly. *Provided a little "Happy Birthday Platter" with chocolates - being aware it was a birthday trip. *Coming into room day two, to fresh towels and bed made, the bins emptied was lovely. *The bathroom was modern with a rain shower. *Closely located to shops and restaurants (walking distance). *Free parking. *Collection directly from the hotel to Milford Tour.

*Would have been nice to have a couple of plates and cutlery other than tea spoons in the rooms. *Ability to adjust room aircon to a slightly colder temp. We were told all rooms are set at 22 degrees which felt warm, but a standing fan was provided to help which worked - solution provided.

Great location, central to most of the sights we wanted to see. Very conveniently located near shopping and great comfortable rooms. Lots of options for families to make the most of their stay.

There were no bins in the room so anything that couldn't fit in the bathroom bin went outside the door. Good thing is that it gets collected almost immediately by staff and there were big rubbish and recycling bins near the elevators, which we didn't find out about until the end of our stay.

I have stayed here before and returned for a reason! Lovely rooms, great size and well appointed. Two of the key reasons I booked here was the parking and breakfast. Parking is free and super easy, not the case with some of their nearby competitors! Breakfast is excellent, a great range and tasty.

Minor things - I think I had a kangaroo in the room above me one night, could hear someone jumping up and down quite loudly for one of the nights I was staying which was unfortunate, hallway noise also carried. Was also a little confused when while finishing my last morning's breakfast I heard one of the waiters asking the people next to me if they wanted barista coffee. I was not offered that at either of my breakfasts and that would have made a big difference to my day!

High quality property , great staff , good breakfast , Thanks to great hospitality , Greta staff both at reception and at podium restaurant ( Noel , Juliet , Pabi, Jamie , Dimi , etc etc ) Were all very professional , kind and friendly always tending to our needs ) ( we were with children and all our requests were attended to promptly ) Can’t thank Sudima staff enough !
