The Apartment was fantastic. Travelling with older children made this premise ideal as everyone was able to have individual rooms and bathrooms. The view from the decks were incredible and it was warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating prior to check in and also helped to organize our carpark. Was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still close with multiple travel options, e scooter, water taxi, walking, Uber or driving. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. Views of Lake Wakatipu were a bonus. We had more than enough room for our group of 11 people and the three levels gave us the privacy we needed even though we were a big group. Good communication and updates and the Site Manager was very responsive to any requests.

Parking can be an issue if you have a disability or ailments that prevent you from walking back up the hill. Airconditioning would probably be a bonus option!

Location was great. It’s not in the center so it’s quiet & relaxing. Good for family or big groups. We were a big group & we were able to stay together in the unit. The apartments were clean.

It was hot in Queenstown when we arrived Dec 7th. Air conditioning would’ve been great. We couldn’t open the windows & doors for long because bugs would get into the apartment.

Spacious, clean apartment with a partial view of the lake. Very good rate for the Queenstown area. Recommend the hourly water taxi to Queenstown as convenient, fun ride and avoids the extreemly congested roads. Both rooms had an ensuite which was appreciated.

Rooms look a little tired with drink stain on one of the seat cushions and an unsightly tear in one of the curtains.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Close to the water with coffee onsite. Restaurant and drinks onsite. Convenient water taxi pick up and drop of into the city.

Parking is not directly outside the unit. It is located a short walk down the hill. Not much to cook with.

Close to airport, and great to have an internal laundry as we were mid-trip. Best kitchen we’d had too!

Ground floor, near road and no view. No parking so not easy to drop off luggage, plus off-site parking was 10 mins away.

Very convenient self-contained apartment. It has everything you need and the bathrooms are nice and big.

The dishwasher didn’t work. You’ll have to wash everything by hand. We found a few items left behind from previous guests which made me think it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

We had a minor problem at the start of our stay, which was quickly sorted by the manageress, who was very accommodating. The view was lovely, but as the apartment was on a hillside, there were 3 levels, which I hadn't realised.

There was no parking for the top apartments so had to park way down the hill and trudge all the way back after unloading gear. It didn't make for wanting to just pop into Queenstown to shop.

We loved the spacious apartment. It was perfect to be able to seperate our children for their naps etc and it was big enough for them to explore during our stay

I wish the park in front of our apartment was open and available for us to park in full time as we had kids to onload and offload. But it was handy to park in to do so was just annoying to move it to the car park

We were delighted with this accommodation and it suited our needs perfectly. We liked that it was so close to the Airport, as well as being very comfortable with excellent amenities. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Queenstown.
