Upon arrival, the reception staff already gave us a warm welcome and was able to arrange our check-in booking request because we arrived earlier than expected. The studio apartment room that we booked was readily available that time. Eventhough the room that we booked didn't have a view, the location of the hotel will not disappoint you. Try to step outside- literally in front of the hotel, you'll get a picturesque mountain view! 📸🏔💕 In addition to the view, the hotel is at the heart of the town- very easily accessible to nearby places (e.g. 4mins drive to Airport; 18mins drive to Queenstown CBD; 19mins drive to Arrowtown) depending on your destination during your trip, I can say that we really got the perfect place to stay and start our trip. Everything that was described on room amenities and hotel facilities are exactly as it is. We like the kitchenette with basic appliances for food prep&cooking, as well as coffee/tea/hot choco counter. We saved $$$ by cooking and eating breakfast at our room before heading towards our itinerary of the day. Aside from breakfast meals, we also managed to cook steak for our dinner 🥩🤍 What we really love is the laundry+dryer inside our room. 💕 We left the hotel without any dirty clothes in our luggage! Lols 🤣 (*talk about saving time when you get back at your home without worrying to do laundry after your holiday! Hehe 😊😅🤣) Overall, we can say that we have a superb hotel experience during our stay. The LIMITED FREE parking space-first come first serve basis for hotel guest (especially after late night hours, starting after 11pm). Otherwise, there is a PAY PARKING onsite, just literally across the back side of the hotel (few steps only) . So, if paying a parking space is not an issue for you, then you can opt for this (**which we did a couple of times and didn't regret any of it - being up late at night, we managed to maximize our holiday trip exploring the town and totally worth it 😄💕 We only paid 10NZD/24hrs each time we got home after 11pm). So, either go home earlier than 11pm and secure a free parking space or opt for the pay parking. 😊

The views are BREATHTAKING. We didn't have a room that faced the Remarkables, but it didn't matter - they had an outdoor coffee bar/bench you could sit at and take in the view. Our room was sufficient, we had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the airport - yet you couldn't hear the planes. It was a 10-15 min walk to the shops/supermarket and coffee.

Our room didn't have a window you could open (just a glass panel window), so the airflow wasn't there - however we did have an aircon. But ideally you aren't spending your days in a hotel room. It was very well insulated.

Very Clean premises. Excellent customer service was provided by the front staff, Kevin, Mahesha, and Aloka. Very Friendly. Recommended to anyone. Will come back again for sure.

Parking is not guaranteed. However, there is parking available for $10 per 24 hours. We used that and had no issue. The only thing is that when it rains, the car park is a bit muddy. Other than it's not a bad experience. Only the weekend is busy at the car park, I guess. Overall, we love it.

Great room, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Kitchen area with all you need for a short stay. No restaurant facility on site so we prepared our own meals. 2 large shopping outlets nearby with loads of choice to eat out. Very close to airport, and in a great place for exploring surrounding areas. Around 6 km drive to Queenstown. Front facing rooms have stunning views of Remarkables mountain range. All in all, very pleased. Very good value for money.

Limited on site parking. So, in busier times, be prepared for paying for parking off site. Not a problem for us though at this time.

My favourite part of staying here was waking up to having the perfect views of snow covered mountains everyday from my room at LaQuinta. The rooms are decently sized for a couple, comfy beds and pillows to sleep after days of exploring and our bed was made everyday by the staff which was great. We were lucky to get outdoor parking for the length of our stay however it may get tight during peak season as it is on a first come first serve basis. Although that being said, there is a paid parking option just behind the property which makes it very convenient to find a spot without walking too far. Good value for money stay :)

Can't really fault much however just some points for other guests to be mindful of is that the stay is little far from the city. Shopping centres are away by 15-20 minutes walk, but can be easily accessible by car or even e-scooters just below the property. The rooms are decently sized for a couple but can get tight for any more and if you have too much luggage. The shampoo and body wash was the same, which wasn't ideal for me but not a deal-breaker as I carry my own products. Parking availability is on first come first serve basis!

It is close to the airport,I chose the room option with an independent sitting area and a kitchen.That area was very comfortable and useful,the kitchen has everything you need,having a washing machine and dryer in the room is a great advantage for us travelers,there are large supermarkets right next to the hotel.If you arrive at the hotel early, you can use the free parking area,but unfortunately it is a bit risky to find a place in the evening,in this case you can leave your car by paying a parking fee at a nearby place.Finding a place in the center of Queenstown is a bit more expensive and the parking problem is very serious there,the hotel you is 7 km from the city center, I think it is worth it.

The female receptionist who served me when I checked into the hotel on the afternoon of April 23 could have been a little more cheerful and hospitable.

Easy to find. Location was good. Facilities were above what I would expect of a hotel room especially the provision of products for showers, handwash, dishwasher & washing machine. Staff were polite & helpful. Able to checkin a bit earlier as room was ready. At the moment it is a bit isolated, but lots of new builds around. Free parking in the grounds if you get there early enough otherwise have to pay for overnight in public car park at rear of the hotel if there are no spaces for hotel guests left (looked safe).

No restaurant, which isn’t a problem as there are places to eat & supermarkets close by, but may lose car park in hotel grounds & then have have the inconvenience of sorting out the car parking.

We needed last-minute accommodation due to a delayed flight, and booking here was incredibly easy. Despite giving less than an hour's notice, the staff had our room ready with an extra bed upon arrival. The reception team was extremely helpful, even assisting us with taxi arrangements. For a quick overnight stay near the airport, this place had everything we needed—and more. We didn’t end up using the laundry facilities or kitchenette, but it was great to know they were available. On top of that, we were treated to a beautiful view of the Remarkables right from our window. Highly recommend it for convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

While the location is conveniently close to the airport, it's not within walking distance to any restaurants. You'll need to arrange delivery or make a short trip to Remarkables Park Town Centre or head into Queenstown for dining options. During our stay, the weather was quite chilly, so we were a bit surprised that the bathroom floor wasn't heated. The air-conditioning unit also kept switching off automatically, which was a bit inconvenient at times.

Arrived around 1:00pm and we were allowed to check-in early. Great start! Shiree at the front desk was awesome. Our one bedroom apartment faced the mountain and it was wonderful. Gorgeous views! Loved the huge refrigerator and stove top burners for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Inverter A/C unit worked great. Fantastic WiFi. Bathroom had a washer and dryer. Both machines worked great and laundry soap was provided free of charge. Onsite parking lot has 38 free spaces, and we never had any issues finding one. Paid parking is available behind the hotel for $10 per day. You have to download an app. Huge grocery store is a 15 minute walk away.

Great location and stunning mountain views. Nice and modern hotel and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend. This was our favourite hotel on our trip prompting us to stay twice.

The only thing I could fault was somehow in their system our booking was cancelled even though in their other system (booking.com) they could see it wasn’t and was active. However whilst the situation was not ideal the staff member handled it very well. Apologised (numerous times) for holding us up on our holiday and sorted it out promptly. So was no big deal and honestly the only little thing.
