The views are BREATHTAKING. We didn't have a room that faced the Remarkables, but it didn't matter - they had an outdoor coffee bar/bench you could sit at and take in the view. Our room was sufficient, we had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the airport - yet you couldn't hear the planes. It was a 10-15 min walk to the shops/supermarket and coffee.

Our room didn't have a window you could open (just a glass panel window), so the airflow wasn't there - however we did have an aircon. But ideally you aren't spending your days in a hotel room. It was very well insulated.

Great room, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Kitchen area with all you need for a short stay. No restaurant facility on site so we prepared our own meals. 2 large shopping outlets nearby with loads of choice to eat out. Very close to airport, and in a great place for exploring surrounding areas. Around 6 km drive to Queenstown. Front facing rooms have stunning views of Remarkables mountain range. All in all, very pleased. Very good value for money.

Limited on site parking. So, in busier times, be prepared for paying for parking off site. Not a problem for us though at this time.

My favourite part of staying here was waking up to having the perfect views of snow covered mountains everyday from my room at LaQuinta. The rooms are decently sized for a couple, comfy beds and pillows to sleep after days of exploring and our bed was made everyday by the staff which was great. We were lucky to get outdoor parking for the length of our stay however it may get tight during peak season as it is on a first come first serve basis. Although that being said, there is a paid parking option just behind the property which makes it very convenient to find a spot without walking too far. Good value for money stay :)

Can't really fault much however just some points for other guests to be mindful of is that the stay is little far from the city. Shopping centres are away by 15-20 minutes walk, but can be easily accessible by car or even e-scooters just below the property. The rooms are decently sized for a couple but can get tight for any more and if you have too much luggage. The shampoo and body wash was the same, which wasn't ideal for me but not a deal-breaker as I carry my own products. Parking availability is on first come first serve basis!

Easy to find. Location was good. Facilities were above what I would expect of a hotel room especially the provision of products for showers, handwash, dishwasher & washing machine. Staff were polite & helpful. Able to checkin a bit earlier as room was ready. At the moment it is a bit isolated, but lots of new builds around. Free parking in the grounds if you get there early enough otherwise have to pay for overnight in public car park at rear of the hotel if there are no spaces for hotel guests left (looked safe).

No restaurant, which isn’t a problem as there are places to eat & supermarkets close by, but may lose car park in hotel grounds & then have have the inconvenience of sorting out the car parking.

We needed last-minute accommodation due to a delayed flight, and booking here was incredibly easy. Despite giving less than an hour's notice, the staff had our room ready with an extra bed upon arrival. The reception team was extremely helpful, even assisting us with taxi arrangements. For a quick overnight stay near the airport, this place had everything we needed—and more. We didn’t end up using the laundry facilities or kitchenette, but it was great to know they were available. On top of that, we were treated to a beautiful view of the Remarkables right from our window. Highly recommend it for convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

While the location is conveniently close to the airport, it's not within walking distance to any restaurants. You'll need to arrange delivery or make a short trip to Remarkables Park Town Centre or head into Queenstown for dining options. During our stay, the weather was quite chilly, so we were a bit surprised that the bathroom floor wasn't heated. The air-conditioning unit also kept switching off automatically, which was a bit inconvenient at times.

Arrived around 1:00pm and we were allowed to check-in early. Great start! Shiree at the front desk was awesome. Our one bedroom apartment faced the mountain and it was wonderful. Gorgeous views! Loved the huge refrigerator and stove top burners for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Inverter A/C unit worked great. Fantastic WiFi. Bathroom had a washer and dryer. Both machines worked great and laundry soap was provided free of charge. Onsite parking lot has 38 free spaces, and we never had any issues finding one. Paid parking is available behind the hotel for $10 per day. You have to download an app. Huge grocery store is a 15 minute walk away.

Great location and stunning mountain views. Nice and modern hotel and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend. This was our favourite hotel on our trip prompting us to stay twice.

The only thing I could fault was somehow in their system our booking was cancelled even though in their other system (booking.com) they could see it wasn’t and was active. However whilst the situation was not ideal the staff member handled it very well. Apologised (numerous times) for holding us up on our holiday and sorted it out promptly. So was no big deal and honestly the only little thing.

Convenient location near the airport. Comfortable accomodations and quiet.

Pay attention to the room type. We stayed here twice both times for 2 nights. We had different types of room type each time. The first occasion had a kitchen, table chairs etc which was very good. At the finish of our trip we booked a standard room which did not have a microwave nor table and chairs. It was adequate for an overnight stay but very basic and Spartan for more than one day. Also on the second day our room was not made up until 3.50pm which was a little inconvenient.

The location is nice, and the fact the scooters were right at the hotel to use was very convenient.

Rooms were a bit dirty. Especially the walls. and it had a smell. The big beam in the room across the windows is a bit of a hazard. My partner hit his head on it twice. We stayed two nights and put the towels into the bottom of the shower, but housekeeping never took them and replaced them with new ones, so we had to get our own new ones from reception. I'm still waiting for the room deposit to be refunded. It shouldn't take a week to show back in your account.

No one on counter at check out. 4 people walked in and out of office and didn’t acknowledge me(??? Cleaning staff and not their job).Another person in back office with back to me who was ignoring me. Person who might have been on front desk was possibly helping people with coffees over in the shop but should have been able to see me waiting. Had to leave the key over the counter and Hope I get my bond refund etc because was holding up the rest of my group by waiting more than 10 min. Not enough hotel parking
