Warm and cosy with excellent heating and electric blankets. Close to the supermarket. Kitchen was adequate and you could cook a meal if you wanted to. Dining table and two couches were provided and large smart TV. We enjoyed our stay.

Although the property is very nice there are a few small changes that could make it excellent. Black out curtains in the bedrooms would be good The Venetian blinds let in too much light. Lots more power points would be appreciated and in the bathroom hooks to hang wet towels and a toilet roll holder that is closer to the toilet and which securely holds the roll. We had it roll away from us twice

Nice and clean, with all the necessary gadgets for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place, as the owner was a delight to deal with, allowing us to extend our stay with a late checkout since we arrived too late and were exhausted. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious, with a lounge sofa to relax and watch TV. There was also a large LED TV in the living room, with a sliding door partition leading to the bedroom. It felt like a luxurious one-bedroom apartment, but with the space of a two-bedroom apartment.

the atmosphere of this motel is really good. Like the Japanese Maple. The two rooms we rent are very clean. During the night, it is quiet. no noise during the night.

After I booked the rooms through booking.com, it did not show me the details of the rooms like the unit number. I was not aware the rooms are not adjacent and it was not convenient for us, we got two kids, one is 15 yrs old and the other is 9. The booking system treat my 1st daughter as adult. That is the drawback of the booking system. Next time, I have to put special requirement i.e. one whole family and needs to have two rooms close by.

Absolutely stunning unit. Exceptional clean and comfortable sofa in lounge area .Perfect for us traveling as family with two older siblings. (in their 20s) Loved wide entrance way and ample place for shoes coats etc. Had every utensil and great stove top and oven, we needed to cook evening meal and a full cooked breakfast. Modern bathroom Comfortable bedrooms Fluffy carpet. Private court yard with table chairs and umbrella. Great air con that cooled the whole unit as it was nearly 30 degrees when we stayed.. Very quick walk into town centre. Catherine was a very welcoming host who answered any queries promptly. Definitely highly recommend, and we can't wait to come back

Motel is quite comfortably located in Arrowtown 15 min walk to the town centre with all the restaurants. Comfy rooms which were cleaned every other day. Lounge was quite sunny and warm during the day and bedrooms had heaters of sufficient power to keep warmth during the night. There were also electric blankets but we did not use them at all. Big tele and reliable internet contributed to entertainments. Warm and clear bathroom and a shower with the showerdome. 4square is literally 200m away.

Nothing really to complain about. A couple of ants came by occasionally but they were polite also :) Just don't leave anything sweet on the benchtop overnight

Everything was ideal, easy late check in, nothing to complain about at all, ideal base for Queenstown, Cromwell and Wanaka. Nice quiet area, $ square 1 min down the road was a bonus. The motel is tidy inside and out, modern, clean, had everything you need really for a family trip. Cant think of much to improve. Highly recomended.

Everything was good, if picky we prefer the queen in the bedroom when travelling with kids, and maybe charge closer to the stay.

The staff were lovely and Arrowtown is such a lovely spot for any accomodation. The room was very nice, clean and had everything I needed. The price was fair for this time of year.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but that is personal preference. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

One bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, and staff had put on the air conditioning before we arrived ( thank you!) so it was cosy too. Outlook from the bedroom was a local park. The whole property was well looked after and looks better than the photos supplied. There is the local Four Square supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the motel.

Some guests might find the distance from Arrowtown's Main Street and restaurants a negative, but we enjoyed the mostly level 15-20 minute walk through the pretty streets to eat and drink. The sofa in the lounge area had seen better days and was a bit unsupportive.

I'm not a vintage fan so this accom was AMAZING. It felt like a modern 4 star hotel room. Photos were accurate and the place was very spacious and clean for 2 people. Asked to leave bags by reception as we arrived hours before check in, as well as extend our check out time and the reception staff were super friendly and happy to do so. Bonus - the body wash smelt amazing in a herby, medicinal way!

The reception/staff is not always in the office, they may be around the property cleaning. Was able to use the phone outside the office to call them and they always picked up :)

Perfect location for us, just a short walk into the town to restaurants, shops. Quiet too. A nice touch was that the heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome on a cold day. A Four Square shop is just along the street.

No hot point in the bathroom for hairdryer etc. The curtains need some attention as the runners had come off on the end stopping the curtains from closing properly.
