The hotel was good, great location with a pub restaurant that served amazingly good delicious food. We stayed at Rm 7 for 4nites, beside the noise fr the heatpump that woke me during the nite as I'm a very light sleeper, everything else was great 👍🏻 We had meals a few times tru out our stay and we love the food served 😋. We even invited our friends in Frankton to come over to the hotel to have meals, and they loved it too. I went to the kitchen to compliment the chef when I checked out. 10/10 for the food served. Compliment to Amelia too the friendly staff.

This hotel is located on the main street of Arrowtown and there is all day public parking behind the hotel. The room was a comfortable size. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. The room was neatly set out and was cleaned to a high standard. The shower pressure was very good, there was plenty of hot water, and the cubicle size was comfortable (refer below for comments on the bathroom layout). There was a positive focus by the team on the 'little things' that made this stay great - the staff were excellent at check in and I was shown to my room by a team member (which in my experience is now an unusual practice), my room had been heated for my arrival and this was welcome as it was chilly outside, and the supplied shower soap and gel were good quality products. My room was quiet and the curtains were a blockout type, so I had a comfortable night's sleep.

The construction of the rooms is quite retro and although the bathrooms have new fixtures the layout is tight, as the original fixture locations was retained. The power outlets were difficult to get to, in order to recharge a mobile phone and laptop, as they were located behind the bed and behind the dresser/open wardrobe.

I was attending the wedding of Arrowtown locals, so the New Orleans hotel is perfectly located for my requirements. This trip was my fourth time to visit Arrowtown, so I am quite familiar with the town.

Are you kidding? It was magical. I loved the whole setting. Everything I needed was provided... Oh, I'm sure an ironing board would have been available, but I didn't ask,I just ironed my shirt on a towel on the floor. Perfect. Job done.

Good property in centre of Arrowtown with comfortable beds & pillows. Huge tv in lounge area & tv in both bedrooms. Laid out well Only problem was the blind in one of the bedrooms that let in light through the side & you could see out when laying in bed through the side of the blind. A curtain would have been better for this room. I used a clothes hanger & coat & towel hanging in it to cover up the side of the blind that the light came in through

Clean, tidy apartment style room .... must've been recently refurbished. Great location in the centre of Arrowtown and only 15 mins from Queenstown. Bar staff are really nice and the food is great.

Shower sprays water everywhere cos curtain is far too short. Some sort of generator close to the room starts up at 11pm.....I told the staff about it the next day and it didn't do it that night.

Wow, what a lovely stay, first time in this Iconic part of history. My most comfortable bed on my week long trip, great location - great meal in the bar, thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Will most definitely come again

Don't what to sound negative - but room old, old carpet (with stains) tired paintwork, Bed was the most comfortable I have had, best night sleep. Apart from the looks, the stay was well worth it, will definitely come back - even with the tired look.

The location and lovely comfy bed were features of our stay. Very handy to have the bar and meals service. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for booking acceptance.

Windows made the most of the view, but also prevented privacy from restraunt below. Frosted film on lower half of windows maybe a solution.

The room was nice and spacious with every facility that we needed. Access without coming through the hotel was good. Sky TV was good and excellent wifi. Dinner in their restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. Service and there was minimal delay between ordering and the food arriving. Being in the main street meant we were close to everything.

We were disappointed that they could not find our booking when we arrived. Somehow they had my first name correct but my last name incorrect. While I understand their reasons, it would have been nice of the host to pre-warn us that they had stopped providing breakfast. We booked there because we could get dinner and breakfast onsite. We had intended to pay with eftpos. However the hotel had used the credit card, required by booking.com to guarantee the room, to pay for the room before we arrived and charged us a surcharge.

Very central, good price, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, somewhere to sit.

Shower could have been better and a few scuff marks on walls, but nothing major. Bit of noise on Friday evening but remarkably quiet considering it’s part of a popular pub.

The food was delicious, great menu, served by smiley waitress. All staff were very good, helpful & cheerful. Room was adequate, very clean, comfy bed, great shower. Location in the main street is excellent.

Somewhere to hang clothes would've been good. Lighting could've better for reading, lamps were not bright enough.
