Location was perfect. Maybe 400 m walk from historic centre and river. Breakfast was standard fare . We had executive room which was comfortable . Staff was the best ,especially 2 young receptionist girls : Milica and Gentiana .

Parking too tight and too expensive.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to explore the city. The location is absolutely ideal, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Being just steps away from the old town and the river made it incredibly easy to soak up the local atmosphere and enjoy the sights. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide array of delicious options to suit all tastes. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I was in a refurbished room and it was great - much better than the photos of the old rooms. I think there was underfloor heating (?) which meant I didn’t need to keep heating or air con on in the room. I had a double balcony with a view over Ljubljana city and castle, particularly impressive at sunset. The pool is really pleasant if small and a little difficult to book. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive.

It was moderately pricey, but so was much of Ljubljana. The photos of the old rooms looked slightly soviet, but the refurbished rooms (where I was) were great. The new room refurbishment could benefit from two tiny tweaks: first, another towel rail or peg in the bathroom and second USB charging points for non-EU visitors - but these are really small points in a really well-appointed room!

I know it since some years now!! And I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the staff!!

The localisation of the hotel in the very centre of the historic district is a valuable characteristic! I also profoundly appreciate the spa and wellness facilities which are really valuable after a long and harassing day of work! Just one thing: the opening hours and availability of the wellness and spa area could be spread and enlarged until 22h30!! I am travelling all around Europe and 21h00 for the closing of the spa and wellness area is really early. Above all if you consider business trips with long meetings and time to still grab something to eat for dinner!!

- location 10/10 - meters from the old town and attractions - room (901) 9/10 - pool 8/10 - great extra to have, although it is small, have to book in advance - staff were friendly and helpful

- the bed was way too hard for me, with the mattress just on top of wood (not slats) - breakfast was included in the rate (wish it wasn't) but i don't eat breakfast - i requested a queen room, was given a twin and when i asked to move, they gave me one (i wish they would just do it the first time, it just wastes everybody's time) - confusion with my invoice but it got sorted in the end

The property is amazingly located 100mt away from the main Square in Ljubljana, which means itself, the location is absolutely great. The hotel is easy to reach by car or by transportations. The receptionists and the cleaning service, they all speak English and are very very friendly. We asked quiet rooms, and they gave us last floor rooms with amazing views to the Mountains and the city center. The rooms were super clean with huge toilette. Swimming pool and saunas were always well kept and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with salty and sweet stuff, breads, coffes and everything else.

My room, the 829 had a Hairdryer which was not working (so no hot air), otherwise NOTHING to complain about!

There was a very good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. I had to ask for decaffeinated coffee but it was made fresh for me each morning. The location is excellent, very central, close to the old town, river and castle with numerous bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Free access to the swimming pool and sauna was also very welcome. Excellent views of the city and the mountains from rooms on the upper floors Staff were very friendly and informative, nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom in our room wasn't great. When we raised this with the hotel they said the room was due to be refurbished soon. They immediately offered to move us to a better room which was spotless and had been refurbished to a high standard,.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Eurostars uHotel in Ljubljana, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I went there for business. My room was exceptional - spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. It was also perfectly set up for business travelers, with a large table that was ideal for working and for online meetings. The hotel's location in the city center is unbeatable. I was within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The pool area was a highlight! It was a perfect place to unwind and take a refreshing dip. The breakfast was also perfect! There was so much good food to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend the Eurostars uHotel to anyone visiting Ljubljana. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and style. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be the option to include dinner in my reservation, similar to how breakfast is handled. While the breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of choices, having a pre-booked dinner option after a long day of work or sightseeing would have been incredibly convenient.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety to choose from both hot and cold food on offer. The pool at the top of the hotel had excellent views, though the water was a little cold by British standards - refreshing. Sauna was great. Location for the centre of town was excellent, just a 1 minute walk from the main streets with shops and bars. We felt very safe. We walked to and from the bus station to the hotel which took 7 minutes and was easy to do, even with very heavy suitcases!

The windows weren't very well insulated so the noise from the bars behind the hotel were audible at night. I used earplugs and then slept well.

The recently renovated room offered a comfortable and clean environment. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and well-lit. The staff were helpful and friendly. Although the garage was full upon arrival, staff successfully accommodated my vehicle.

The room demonstrates efficient space utilization; however, the bathroom layout could be optimized. Significant underutilized space exists, and the sink's placement relative to the shower entry is suboptimal. While the room's cost was substantial, this is apparently typical for Ljubljana's current market.
