Clean spacious rooms Front desk Giselle very nice . Breakfast was good pool Was warm. Over nice stay

Did not appreciate housing keeping opening up or room doors and leaving them open, while myself and my family were down stairs having breakfast. All of personal belongings were left on the bed.as we locked our door behind us. Anyone could have just walked in and got our things . Very upsetting…. Besides this incident overall good stay.

I liked the separation of the rooms in which one bed had a separate door, TV and air-conditioning and the sofa bed had a separate area as well.

The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inn and Suites. The sofa would not open fully unless we removed a dresser drawer because it hit the handle. And our shower spigot was so loose it was coming out of the wall.

Location was great! Easy to find where I needed and wanted to be. Beds were comfortable and shower was great! Missed breakfast but that smelled good when we were leaving.

My only real complaint was the parking lot. It isn't so much the hotels fault as it was just inconsiderate drivers with trailers. There were at least a dozen spots blocked by these type of vehicles. But other than that it was a good place to stay!

The location is great, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The remote on the TV didn't work and I paid extra to have a bathtub and there wasn't a stopper to use the tub.

Just about everything. Night manager, Timothy, was a great help, and very friendly.

Location, location, location. Almost impossible to get to, and just as difficult to get back on the freeway.

The breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and heated.

Some trash was left under the bed from previous guests and the shower drained really slow!

We were in Lubbock for a volleyball Tournament. The Location was close to where tournament was held (Apex Building), shopping and restaurants. Our Hotel room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was Excellent! Huge Selection From Cereal to Eggs, Sausage, Oatmeal, fruit, Muffins, etc.

Everything was clean! Staff was so nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool got a little hectic after 8pm. no one to really make sure there’s no rules broken.

Great hotel! Everything was nice and clean, room was cool and had comfy beds. The breakfast was good and the pool area was nice and clean with warm water.

I like the fact that the pool closed at 10:30 pm And they have breakfast in the morning and the beds are comfy and pillows

The bathtub is a little small but doable
