Excellent location, literally right across from a fantastic public beach in the Grand Bay area (about 1km north of Grand Bay main beach and a few km south of the superb Cap Malheureaux area). We stayed over the new year and it was a carnival atmosphere for more than a week and very popular with both local and tourists. There are numerous restaurants within a few metres on either side of the hotel as well as spas, car hire, etc. You're on the main bus stop and numerous taxis are available at the hotel doorstep. There are also a few huge ultra-modern malls with a few km. Don't let the exterior appearance of the hotel influence you: Whilst it doesn't look premium from the outside, inside it is modern, airy, clean and well-run. The hotel provides (free) private off-street parking for your hire vehicle. The staff, from the reception managers, travel concierge, restaurant staff and cleaning staff, were amazing. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. We were lucky to get a sea-facing room with a small balcony on the 2nd floor. The rooftop has a spa, gym, pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was extensive and well-presented, with the staff ever willing to assist. There is also a dinner restaurant and bar on-site should you wish to stay in. In summary, if you are not looking to stay in a large all-inclusive resort, want to be next to a fantastic beach, with lots of amenities within a few minutes walk, and looking to get a taste of local flavours, whilst staying in very decent accommodation, this hotel is well worth it.

This isn't a criticism of the hotel, but travelling from the airport in the south-east of the island to the north-west Grand Baie area takes approx an hour on very good freeways.

Amazing location,just oposite Pereybere public beach the best beach around.Near restaurants,supermarket and beach bar. Very friendly staff,perfect breakfast with fresh juice!Reception alowed us late check out for free.Roof swimming pool and jacuzzi,sauna,hammam is for free and there is possibility to make diffrent type of massage for very good prices.Everything made our 12days in this paradise special.Thank you to everybody one more time!

The hotel exudes beauty and tranquility, providing an excellent experience overall. Fraad extended a warm welcome, assisting us during check-in, and throughout our stay, Pravin also proved to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast service, particularly the lady in charge of pressing fresh juice, stood out for her kindness and friendliness.

The shower had an issue with proper sealing, causing water to seep through the door. To contain the water and avoid creating a mess, we had to resort to using the hotel's towels. Unfortunately, it gave a sense of untidiness and inconvenience for the cleaning staff to be picking up wet towels daily.

The hotel is very clean, close to Pereybere beach, with nice pool on the rooftop and sunbeds for relaxing. There is also a small Spa with the possibility to book massages, I tried one and it was amazing! Very well done and super relaxing time, also excellent value for money, I reccomend to book some time at the Spa it is worth it.

There are not many common areas in the hotel, there is a quite busy street in front of the hotel, between it and beach.

The breakfast was really good. Special mention to the fresh fruit juice and the lady making them, who was very nice. The room was big and the internet was very good.

The pictures from the hotel were a little bit misleading, they used the best light and angles, so although the hotel was really nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay, we were a bit disappointed when we arrived there.

Hotel was close to the beach. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was awesome! I liked how they made eggs or pancakes on request so you get to eat them while they are still hot. We also had a small issue in our room and upon raising the complaint, the staff acted promptly by shifting us to another room in the middle of the night. We got upgraded the next day to a deluxe suite which we absolutely loved!

Most of the staff were friendly except for one night guard who was not very happy when we went out at night. He claimed that he needed to rest :). We found it odd because we are grown ups and it is a hotel not a hostel. We also had a feeling that our sheets were not changed everyday :(

Very kind staff and very nice hotel. Close to beach restaurants market etc. They also have parking place just 200 meters away from hotel. They provide beach towels every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Pereybere Hotel & Spa. Our check-in was smooth, even though we came 1h earlier. After a welcome drink, Prav showed us around the hotel facilities and answered all our questions we had about the hotel, beaches and the area in general. The rooms were clean and the AC worked very well. In the suite we had a kitchen, which had all the equipment we needed. There is a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was great - we loved the fresh tropical fruits, pancakes and omelettes! Maybe there could be a bit more variety since it was the same for the 4 days we stayed there, but everything tasted good and was fresh. What we appreciated a lot was that they had a water dispenser at the reception where we could fill up our water bottles. So we didn’t need to buy tons of plastic bottles of water. The pool area is very relaxing with comfortable sunbeds. Even though there is a busy street in front of the hotel, is was very quiet everywhere. Especially in the rooms you could not tell at all since they face the other way. There is one nice beach right across the street. If you want to go to other beaches nearby you can easily take the bus (bus stop only a few meters away) or a taxi. Transport is very easy and convenient since the hotel has a great location. Also, there is a small travel agency integrated in the hotel, where we booked a package of three day trips, which was so worth it!

A wonderful stay in this nice small hotel where we made a last minute reservation post reaching Mauritius( due to other hotel not being good ) But this did not disappoint us with its location and being right next to the restaurants and bars dotting the main street . Nightclubs like cloud are in walking distance . Frank at the front office has been exceptionally helpful and hospitable starting from welcoming us and sharing tiny details about the place . The pool is small but has a sauna and hot tubs which can be of use . Special mention about the spacious suite which can accommodate family and the tub which is bigger than expected .

Nothing as such but car parking would be 3 mins walk from the hotel but safe enough .

The flat was spacious and the location excellent ( many restaurants around and Pereybere -a lovely small beach with beautiful blue water just across the street. The bed is queen size, the bathroom very spacious and generally quite clean. Also the rooftop pool was very enjoyable and clean. We arrived very early (than the check-in time) and they kindly offered us to join the b-fast and check-in early with no extra fee. The only tasty item from breakfast I could appreciate and enjoy was the chia /overnight oats.

-exact same breakfast every day which becomes boring ( especially you stay 4 nights like we did) -lack of a more diverse breakfast - the pastries were strange in taste and far from tasty - I tried the cereals and they were old /captured humidity - if you are vegetarian, there is almost no option for you except for fruit - the music in the breakfast area was too loud ( ambiance could be improved) - the tables felt sticky - sometimes people smoking in the lobby hotel area
