The main problem was finding it. GPS could not find the address as listed. We had to call the desk for help. Needs better coordinates address and also larger signs. Clearer signage is definitely needed even when you are once in the area. I lived within ten miles of the place when I was growing up; and I still had trouble finding it tightly hidden/nestled among other buildings at a major ,complicated, intersection of highways. I write this to help the management as well as for patrons.

The rooms are actually really nice and spacious. The lobby is also nice. The halls smell like maybe the carpets need to be clean. The front desk workers and courteous and professional.

The location is tucked away in the rear so it’s difficult to find but there is nothing to really be done about that. I think the carpet smelled weird in the hallways.

Close to everything that was a big plus for me

It was very nice that you had a bar downstairs that you did not have to drive out you have restaurants gas stations you had everything convenient. I truly enjoyed my trip and I will return again once I get back to New Jersey. Thank you very much for making my stay comfortable

I was throwing a bday party for my boyfriend at cubanelle, and this was very convenient considering distance, or rather no distance to the hotel. Staff was very helpful since they let us check out an hour later. This was my second stay here and we'll definitely stay in the future. Room was big and very clean.

The location and the view from our room was amazing. Very clean.

We called a few times to confirm some things before we checked in and the answers we were giving were pretty inconsistent but overall they were helpful.

It was everything we needed! Comfortable, clean , and the breakfast was delicious!

The electrical outlets wouldn’t keep the hairdryer plug in. It constantly slipped out. The showers need to be updated

I appreciated the location and being greeted so nicely. The gentlemen that checked me in was very professional and helpful.

The rooms did not have microwaves for reheating food. Had to go back and forth downstairs to heat items. This was inconvenient.

The room was pretty clean. Loved that there were no carpets. The room was very spacious for my friends and I. The staff was very nice, helpful, and responsive.

The stale smell in the hallways and lobby.

I liked the hard wood floor that was the best and we used the clock radio to play music

The tub shower was a little higher than normal if you are 6ft, you're gonna have a problem
