It is very clean and there are 4 elevators. The rooms are nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. It's right down street from 2 seperate malls and lots of places to eat there. About 15 min walk to another part with shopping and restaurants and stuff to do. Good price, good location. nice rooms. Pool is decent and have a workout room that gets the job done. Stayed here on 2 seperate occasions, once alone and once with a companion.

The breakfast was not good at all. Need more dishes and not just Filipino foods. So many travelers from all over here and the selection was poor. At end, nothing was being refilled either, like pay and eat what's left, wasn't right. But so many places to eat outside, not a big deal, just want people to be aware.

The room is clean, the restroom is clean. There is a sink in the mini-bar and I love that they have a microwave oven on top of electric kettle. The beds are comfortable to sleep in and I love the view outaide of our room. There's hot water too so it's always very nice when taking a bath especially since we have a child with us.

There was no iron and ironing board but since the space is small it should be alright. The blower was not working and the powdered coffee does not taste great (sorry!)

Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. It didn’t have the fancy flowers which most hotels have at the lobby but their rooms are spacious and clean. Room has a large Samsung smart tv. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its newness and prime location near SM Aura. The ample parking space and polite staff further enhanced our visit. When my child accidentally locked the safety deposit box, the team quickly resolved the issue with exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

They don’t have a heated pool and the water was very cold. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel staff was accommodating, and nice, and gave great customer service. It was one of the best experiences I had in a hotel in a very long time. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the fitness was small, but very nice, and conveniently near the pool. I loved that the hotel was only minutes away from the SM Mall. You could walk about 5 to 7 minutes to get to the mall, and if you needed to extend your visa, the immigration office was inside the mall as well.

Because I work remotely, the internet wasn't always the best, especially when I would start work. Although the IT team assisted me several times with any issues in regards to the internet, it was a slight discomfort that I had internet issues from time to time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept and the pool and gym looked great. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.

Hotel is located in BGC, very close to SM Mall, Market Market, and the BGC high street which are all great places. That being said, In order to get to these places, you need to cross over a very busy road which can be slightly daunting if not familiar with Manila traffic / roads.

Location near BGC, the cleanliness of the room and the fact that there were no bugs, critters that I saw, and the staff.

Located in a very very busy intersection so exiting and entering the pick up and drop off point was tricky.

I am from the USA and stayed at this hotel for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. For the price I paid, I found it to be an exceptional value. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and I’d like to give a special shout-out to the security team — not only did they make me feel safe, but they were also friendly and had a great sense of humor. My room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff worked hard every day to ensure it stayed that way. One small heads-up for light sleepers: if your room faces the west side of the building, you might want to bring earplugs. There’s a busy road out front, and for some reason, Filipino drivers here seem to love using their horns — day and night, beep beep beep. Fortunately, I had brought foam earplugs with me, so it wasn’t an issue. The pool was quite cold, which made it a bit too chilly for comfort, and the complimentary breakfast was decent — though not particularly impressive. That said, the staff working in both areas were absolutely wonderful and always kind and attentive to guests. The elevators can be a bit confusing at times, as some only serve certain floors, and during busy hours, they tend to get a little chaotic. Additionally, there’s no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators, which can make them feel quite stuffy, especially on warm days. Another thing that I found quite frustrating was the constant sound of doors slamming. Some guests were inconsiderate and would let their room doors slam shut, and even the staff using the stairwells often allowed the doors to swing closed with a loud bang. At times, the impact was so strong you could actually feel the building shake.

The hotel is clean, with nice pool and very accessible to SM Aura (just across the hotel) and walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Market Market and Serendra Mall. There is a 7-11 in the hotel hence to can easily buy anything you need.

Room is clean, comfy and big. Great view of BGC. Has mini fridge, microwave, free toiletries, bathrobe, hotel slippers and has an extra single bed. Wifi is high speed. Fast check in process, staff in front desk asked if we have room preferences, which is nice. Easy access to BGC and there is 7 eleven on the ground floor so you can buy food and other needs at night. Great value for money considering how affordable the rooms are.

There are bottles in the shower for body wash, shampoo and conditioner but they are empty. They gave shampoo and conditioner and soap with the free toiletries but they are small and not enough for two people. There was also a company event or something when we came so it was very crowded and noisy in the lobby when we came. They should have outside events on a different floor instead of in the lobby because it is not pleasing to other guests, it’s like a public market. Hopefully on our next stay it’s not that crowded in the lobby anymore. Long wait for the elevators too because there were so many people that time and only 3 elevators are working— each only has 15pax capacity which is also not enough if other guests have luggages with them

I like that it's close to the main areas of BGC. The security guards were also nice, and reception was helpful. The gym and pool were clean as well!

My room didn't have the "make up my room/do not disturb" card? They would also randomly ring my doorbell for cleaning, which was good, but it would vary from 9 am to 4 pm even. Sometimes, we wouldn't be ready, and it just made us confused. Also, they didn't even refill the tissue boxes and toilet papers. So I felt bad every time I had to ask for it.
