Location and secure parking, good bar and restaurant.
Need a curtain above the door of room 17 to keep out the hall light, more hanging ability for clothes would be helpful as would a bedside lamp. It was comfortable enough for a night or two only, but very noisy even on a Monday & Tuesday. It also could do with an updated toilet seat and a chair in the room. By the way, the fan only seems to have one setting, fast.

The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent 👌, pokies were crapp but aren't they all...
There were a group of people fighting in the early hours of the morning fighting and yelling, but that wasn't pubs Fawlt....there was no bottled water in the fridge or available for the coffee area....had to fill jug in common area from bathroom tap....

I loved the pub style accommodation and that it was close to the Main Street and train station.
It’d be beneficial if the staff up sold their rooms. And explained further about the rooms booked. Just a tiny suggestion. Only coz I thought I had booked an ensuite room but got the shared bathroom instead.

Heritage of the building and originality
Friday and Saturday nights when upon first staying the staff never notified me of the room that I was in would be the one above the karaoke? Which resulted in many hours of loud music. No exception was given to have a later check-out time due to lack of communication and consideration from staff.

Nice and comfortable bed. Friendly staff who were patient 4 me as the trainlink bus was 1hr and 15 minutes late. I've left my ideas etc inside the key box at the hotel.
It would be nice if a small snack and a 600ml bottle was in the fridge and a cereal packet and milk 4 beeaky was included in the price.

No meals but wasn't expecting any. Plenty of utensils and cutlery etc to make own. I loved how laid back it was and the beautiful architecture as well as the ongoing restoration work for what is a beautiful property that needs to be conserved (which it is).
Nothing..given the price and the style of building everything was perfect. Rooms were beautiful as was the architecture of the building.

The shared bathroom facilities n kitchen area were spacious n extremely tidy. Another guest won $2000 from only putting $50 in the pokies. The second floor balcony is easily accessed from each room.
Most of the power points in my room didn't work except the one up fairly high on the wall

The staff were super friendly. It was a Sunday night stay and things were quiet - I felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!
The room was small with a single bed - but as described. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

No breakfast; location perfect; staff v friendly. I had a shower ensuite which made a difference
Some guests made a lot of noise early in the morning; the room could do with a coat of paint
